Brotato is a top-down arena shooter roguelite where you play a potato wielding up to 6 weapons at a time to fight off hordes of aliens. Choose from a variety of traits and items to create unique builds and survive until help arrives.

Luck would be a crazy snowball on this character! You'd probably have to max out with gentle alien to maintain enough enemies on screen to keep a cyberball x 12 going.
I'm gonna echo some others in the comments and say I'd *love* to see this character again. I really do wanna see 12 lures, or an engineering run that buys landmines and turrets in bulk. This character could have its own mini series with the possibilities
I would absolutely love to see you do this with an engineering angle. I'm just imagining filling the screen with turrets.
Would love to see you explore this character more, it's a super entertaining watch to see the various insane builds that can happen.
i'd love for you to replay this character in different ways! seems like all the comments seem to agree as well. it seemed like you had a lot of fun with it, and going about it with different builds could be incredibly interesting and fun.
This was the first modded character video that made me go "Ok, I have to play that." and installed the mod. Really well done and creative.

Going into wave 7 after combing the weapons there were 7 possible basic knifes (3 new x2 and 1 for upgrade) and that is what was bought for the right amount of money.
One counter-argument I’ve had in mind for some time about your opinion on pickup range/relic and how it only saves you money at wave 19: pickup range in my opinion is a comeback stat. It doesn’t just give you money at wave 19; it also prevents material drop capping during a wave and, therefore, if you’re behind, helps you earn more materials if you’re having a hard time reaching the middle to grab them. Example is wave 12 of this run: sure, on paper, you only delayed getting 160ish materials, but towards the end of the wave the enemies you were killing weren’t dropping materials, so you actually lost at least I would have to say 70-100 materials during that wave
Yeah but that isn't how that works. There isn't actually a money drop cap. When materials "stop spawning" their value just gets added to piles that are already on the ground, which is why some get huge looking. The "cap" is strictly for performance reasons.
You still get that money eventually.

I’d like to add that I love your brotato content and watch them daily even though I don’t play the game that much anymore. It’s always a pleasant half an hour spent in the evening(for me) whenever I see your video pop up on my feed. Keep up the great work!

Think a engineering/turret/land mine build would be quite the viable option
imagine picking up 2 trees (24) with the factory and then another normal turret (12) just the 12 on the map killing trees spawning more
especially with the synergy in huge attack speed buffs and the improved tools item

I tried this guy and was able to get 30. Yes thirty alien eyes (got 1 from a crate. Then 9 from shop. Another from crate. Then 9 from shop. Then 10 more from shop)
Each eye was doing 460 damage (213 hp and 330% damage) by the end so I stood inside the boss and it insta died from eyes. Was great
I saw that Glass Cannon and instantly turned into a masochist...Buy 12!

First brotato video I've fully finished in a while, would definitely love to see a couple more vids of this character once you finish the final 2 characters in the mod
crazy character :p i had the same idee with thief knife, but died early on... after that i did an engineer run and had turrets everywhere. there seemed to be a limit for turrets but it was quite a lot

@@NoobMaster-hm2frit just gives the max hp minus the item's cost if I remember correctly, although usually the item costs more than it gives

Engineering seems like the obvious build. % down is a non issue and getting many copies of a turret would be great.
It would be a little cracked, but I'd love to see you go GMO with this mod and run Wholesaler with Magician and go for a Spooky Halloween run.

So... I dont know exactly how the Unique or capped items work, but i Believe it's just.. once the cap is reached either in your inventory or the shop, it doesnt show up anymore. so.. could you technically revieve multiple of a limited or unique item on this character? 12× Crown?
I really would like to see an engineer version of this just imagine buying turrets 12 at a time lol sucks that i dont know how to mod on mobile 😢.

in hindsight coupon is capped at 5 which is crazy helpful but trees are far more busted.

Now here's my idea for a new brotato character. Name: Lu Bu Effects: Every stage has a boss and 50% more enemies. Begin with 20% more damage, 20 melee damage, 20 range damage, gain 25% more experience and 25% more materials. Also comes with a brand new weapon that gains bonus damage from both melee and range stats. Lu Bu: Can anyone provide me with a decent challenge?

I am like a minute into this video and I have no earthly idea of how this thing works.

Edit: oh yeah. That makes sense. So every time you buy something you lose 10% damage but you get a billion of them if you have the money. Very interesting.
