Miss Heard planned this long ago to make Mr. Depp's life miserable. Miss Heard had known for a long time that this marriage had no chance of success, partly due to the fact that she could not control her own emotions/frustrations for that, Mr. Depp had too much of an adult character. Miss Heard with her manipulative behavior was simply not able to get Mr.Depp in her power. What Miss Heard had done time and time again with other men and women, she now became increasingly frustrated. It is very clear from her escalating behavior that this was purely aimed at provoking and confronting Mr. Depp, but this just backfired. The more the provocation, the more Mr. Depp distanced himself from her. That is why she has also recorded all her so-called abuses of violence by Mr. Depp. All these pictures of Mr.Depp had the purpose to create a certain false image of Mr. Depp, the photo material had to form supporting evidence for her destroyed article which she published in the Washington Post about mr.Depp. That's why she didn't think it was necessary to package this with doctor's reports as well, this would be also much more difficult because the abuse actually never took place. However, Miss Heard has made a capital mistake and Mr. Depp thereby largely underestimated because she never expected that Mr. Depp would sue her for libel and defamation. Well that's going to pay off now. To stand to her allegations she was now forced to lie, this acting of lying has become so clearly established that she dug her own grave with this. Now all of her "close friends" including her own sister took several detail pictures from all of these so called incidents. How odd is it that all these Amber " friends" felt the urge to take these detailed pictures, allthough not one of them could stated that they saw any domestic violence by Mr.Depp. No such pictures you only take when they must serve a certain purpose. It were all scènes which were carefully set-up for taking these misleading pictures.
You must provide close captioning option to comply with ADA. Many deaf/hard of hearing cannot "watch" without the ability to "hear" what they otherwise cannot access.

@@MR-xc8ei think of it this way. Donating = you have it and you give it away. Pledging = you promise you will give it away. Pledging does not require you to have the money, nor does it require you to give it away at this time. It is simply a promise that you will give it away in the future. Amber had already received all 7 million, so you would expect her to have already donated all 7 million given her claim that she wanted nothing from it. Instead she hasnt, and only has the pledge, which is contradicting what she had said earlier with not wanting anything from it.
In addition, Amber had started to say that its no different from buying a house with a mortgage. But the difference here is that when you buy a house, you take a loan and the seller gets the full amount from the beginning (hence why you would have to pay interest for your mortgage), whereas for pledging, the non-profit does not get anything, nor is there any interest/loans involved.

1.She said she failed to make the donation even though she pledged it. That was in her testimony today. The reason?
2. She claims it was because she was being sued, but is this true?
3. It isn't true because none of this happened for the 13 months PRIOR to the op ed, while she had the money she claimed she already donated.
If you don't know the difference between a PLEDGE (type of declaration) and a DONATION (actual money being given away) then I cannot help you
Absolutely. A pledge is just a promise to donate. A donation means the money is in the charities' hands already. Amber is finding out the court of law expects more evidence than the court of public opinion.

Johnny depp's lawyer camille nailed it. She asked amber indirectly that she has so many pictures of Johnny sleeping but not a picture of her hurt or medical records of her being hurt. Also she enhanced the fact that johnny wears these rings on his finger and amber claimed to have been repeatedly struck by Johnny on her face but no picture evidence to show the impact of the rings and also next, she showed pictures of amber the very next day after her every accusation of Johnny beating her up and she apparently looks absolute fine .. she also pin pointed the fact that amber didn't pay the charity money and lied several times about it and under oath.
She grilled her like a grill cheese 🧀 😋. All I know is of you have a broken nose. Id say at a minimum you'd have bruising, swelling and oh I don't know a cast to hold it in place immediately after it gets snapped back into place. 😏 what do I know 🤔

I was in a DV situation years ago. My boyfriend at the time would never touch my face. He went for my chest, upper arms, stomach, back etc. Why is it Johnny ALWAYS goes for her face? He has always been a private man. Why would he want to draw attention to his wife’s face with bruises? None of this makes sense. Those scars on her arms are absolutely not consistent with fumbling around on shards of glass. Anyone can see it for what it is. Those are self inflicted in a place where she knew they would be shown. All of this was a plot. Every single bit. And it’s sick. It’s disgusting. The lengths a person would go for attention is astounding. I really hope the jury sees all of this the way the rest of the world does.

Someone who cuts could probably attest to this, as I am not one who has ever cut, but with people I know and I have witnessed scars, this is what it looks like in my opinion. If she was actually r*ped with a glass bottle that she claims she "didn't know if it was broken or not", it would have been very possible that she had potentially fatal internal bleeding. She would have been in a tremendous amount of pain as well and would need immediate medical attention.

Most victims don't seek medical care for their injuries unless they have a deep cut or broken bones. And even then, well over half of them will deny the injury was caused by DV.

Bleeding vaginally after a sexual assault with a possible broken glass bottle is a medical emergency. It could have been fatal.
Most victims of abuse DO NOT seek medical attention or press charges.

A domestic violence victim is allowed by a judge/court to introduce pictures/videos/evidence to prove that violence did happen. Most abuse perpetrators try to destroy images/phones/evidence to deny the reality of what happened. Women have been killed calling for help/dialing 911 on their phones

IF, like she claims, IF, SHE WAS “BEAT IN THE FACE SO MANY TIMES (WITH BIG CHUNKY RINGS), I LOST COUNT… OF HOW MANY TIMES HE HIT ME” …her face would have been a bloody pulp… and JD would have went to jail. For a long time. Ask me how I know. I found Depp's lawyer to be rather nervous & terse. I wasn't impressed. She banged on too long about the charity BS. It wasn't effective.

I find it interesting that this whole thing originated from Amber claiming to be a victim of domestic abuse, yet when Camille calls her a "noble victim" Amber snaps and says "I've never seen myself as a victim" with so much disdain in her voice.
Did anyone else also notice that a lot of the injuries to her face that show swelling are around the high point of the cheekbone? the bridge of the nose? It's the easiest place to hit yourself and get a bruise because of the bone underneath acting as a hard surface to "pinch" the tissue from underneath a strike. It means you can get a solid bruise with very little force. Most people are not hit square in the cheekbone; they're hit slightly below it, causing a very different bruising pattern that forms a slightly curved horizontal bruise that stops right over the bone due to how blood pools, or slightly above it, causing a black eye.
Other injuries are also always on the high bony points of the face. Again, easy to bruise with much less force.
If Depp had hit her, and he was wearing rings as she said he always is, then she'd have small, very dark focal bruises because of the reduced surface-area-to-impact-force ratio. Anyone who's been punched by someone wearing a chunky ring knows that is NOT how your face looks afterwards.
Hollywood likes showing bruises on the high points of the face because they're more aesthetic for the "tough protagonist" look, and because the higher bony part of the cheek and the bridge of the nose moves less relative to the rest of the face, so prosthetics don't come off as easily during acting. AH, if she used makeup for the bruises (no confirmation if that was the case yet, just being objective), did "Hollywood bruises" instead of looking at any reference photo of real-life bruises. Something like mugshots, other unfortunate victims, MMA fighters, athletes caught in a play gone bad, medical care videos, ANYTHING.

Despite Heard's claims that there were more pictures, there is a reason the defense did enter them into evidence. This read is 3 minutes long but worth reading imo.
To my embarrassment and some shame, I've partaken in many streets/bar fights/competition fights/work related fights in my life, some were unavoidable but some could have been avoided but I can absolutely state that I was never a bully but rather engaged bullies by defending weaker kids/men as I aged. I've won some and lost some both in street fights and competitions and career related hand to hand combat and am/was about an 800 rated fighter but that's not important. This is just to put context and explain where I am coming from in my following statements.
What is important is that I suffered many various injuries in the process throughout the years, from broken arm, fingers, cut ligaments by human tooth in 3 separate fights and 3 different knuckles on the same hand to which infection was severe enough to have to get antibiotics shots through a catheter, going to the hospital every 8 hrs for the first and second of the 3 fights and the third one I had to stay for a few days in hospital due to infection requiring antibiotics every 4 hrs (ask anyone who's been in a fight where they cut open their skin on a human tooth, your hand, wrist and forearm swells up like crazy from human saliva infection), broken ankle, broken foot (required surgery, 2 pins and 2 month cast), nose broken 9 times (had 2 nasal repair surgeries), knife injury (32 stitches), been scratched, lost patches of hair, got hit with pool sticks, hit by a bottle to my eye and another which was broken on my head (17 stitches), broken open swollen lips, black eyes and so on, I'm sure you get the gist of it, I have so many scars that you probably could make a drawing by connecting the dots of all my scars. And therefore, trust me, this does make me an expert on bruises, swellings, broken bones, broken skin, broken and swollen lips and so on.
I've heard Amber Heard's accusations of getting her nose broken, swollen and cut lips, swollen cheeks and other bruises from other supposed physical abuses causing visible injuries. And YES, I've seen all the pictures and heard all testimonies that talked about the supposed visible injuries one day and gone the next as per Amber Heard herself. The bruises in the pictures are absolutely fake because they are only showing superficial bruises without any deformation of her facial features, were those bruises real and her nose truly broken, you would easily see some swelling around all those areas, broken nose equals automatic black eye or eyes and major swelling in specific various areas and her lip would be automatically swollen to a point that cannot be questioned, mistaken or doubted. And NO ice can't take the swelling down in 24hrs to the point where it's unnoticeable, actually 24 hrs later is when the swelling is at its most visible.
There's absolutely no cream in existence that could heal such bruises in 12-24 hrs or take down the swelling if those bruises were real. There's no makeup on earth that could hide real bruises of a swollen broken nose and start of black eye/eyes. Have the pictures been doctored, I say no, what I say yes to is, those bruises are well made through make up to try and show realistic bruises but there's no swelling anywhere to confirm those superficial bruises. And there's no way that such bruises without the swelling, could/would dissipate within 24 hrs or couldn't be seen in the time frame she mentions and the fact that no one noticed any such bruising when they were either up far or up close as some witnesses testified so far.
We're all so used to seeing Amber Heard all dolled up with makeup and looking like a model that just seeing her up close without any make up already makes a huge difference in our visual perception, then add some well-placed make up to fake false bruises, take pictures with just the right manipulated lighting and you got yourself magical appearing and disappearing bruises without the swelling that comes with such bruises. In the following days after these supposed injuries/bruises happened, not one person saw those bruises and any swelling, heck even her own doctor didn't notice anything on her face. Look up facial bruises on google images and see the real thing by comparing from first 24 hrs and for a whole week and judge for yourself, there's absolutely no such injuries as she described receiving and took pictures of. Johnny Depp's team in their opening statements got it right, Amber Heard is acting for the role of her life! I just hope the jury can see through this. Something tells me that cross examination is going to break her down and expect tons of objections from her legal team. In a situation like this I would usually say something sarcastic like "and the Oscar goes to", but in her case I can't even say that because her acting was horrendous in my opinion.

I had my first nasal surgery at a time when I knew I was done fighting (around my early to mid 40's) and when the Doc finally got in there, he said there was more damages than expected and seen on the X-rays and did what he could but told me, that I would require another 1 or 2 more nose surgery. So after the second surgery, I required another one but said no as I could live with the repairs I gotten from the 2 surgeries. I could breathe normally finally and didn't care about what it looked like which was what the third surgery would of been about. The inner damages were fixed and that was good enough for me.

I have watched this case objectively and have to say that she is a textbook PD., controlling, manipulative, creates a crisis to feed off the response but still plays the victim. She also feels offended being challenged about her fabricated DV. This court case could easily be used as a case study in medical school. If she wins this defamation case, it will be an absolute injustice
