As much as I love Dimension and Sub Focus, at the same time I hate them for making this drum patter so popular. Now it got to the point where it became so overused, every song sounds the same with little to no changes throughout the whole track... Literally we got Giants few days ago, these 2 songs are almost identical, and I am a huge Grafix fanboy :(
ugh right! feels like all dnb songs these days are somewhere between 172-175 bpm as well, always using basslines and drums? like get creative pls 🙄🙄
@ Indeed, I am not completely against mainstream DnB since it is good for the exposure, which DnB scene has been needing for a while, but at least put some signature sounds or something different like Grafix or Andromedik do. This is plain, stock-standard DnB song you could hear on a radio and you would have never guessed it was a legend called Netsky…

It feels so cheap, idk why. I just cannot focus on other parts of song, just that sound in bassline... Forces me to feel euphoric but my feelings didn't arrive yet..

This is gonna be rather specific but seeing a track called California being featured on UKF brings be nostalgia why? Well in 2009 there was a track by the same name "California" but made by Danny Byrd that brought me a wave of memories. With that said, This track is pretty chill and really makes me happy to see Netsky again!
