Always amazed how much they can find in a dead looking run! But after a rain (Hurrah in drought/wildfire NorCal) some of the feed/millet I've tossed is coming up inside their outer, mostly covered/shaded run. What breed is your lovely unnamed king roo? I'm looking for a somewhat heat tolerant for a third boy to try spiral breeding.

The funny thing is we don't know what breed that rooster is. If someone reads this can you identify it for us, please? He's a great bird

It's very likely he's mixed breed. We just picked em out of a flock and he's been a good friend ever since
