JBL Essential 2 not working/resetting

My JBL Essential 2 has become unresponsive.
Pressing the bluetooth button has no effect, and it is not making any sounds including the power-up and power-down sounds.
This video shows me following the factory reset instructions i have found repeated online. Note the single red light that comes on prior to shutting down when I press volume up and play simultaneously.

JBL ke power button ko press karke rakhne ki zarurat nehi . Ek bar press karne se hi on ho jata hai or ekbar press karne ke baad off hojata hai

Try with Play and Bluetooth for 10-15 Sec
