If you can find a Supoto Biscotto stone to fit your oven, I highly recommend it. It will give you a beautiful bottom without burning even up to 850°F stone temperature. Cool little oven Tommy!
Hi Tommy. I've been watching lots of your reviews. They are always informative and entertaining. Your reviews on the pizza ovens have been balanced and no nonsense which I appreciate. This particular review blew me away and I went and bought one using the link you provided. I am really looking forward to making pizza and lots of other things in this oven! Thank you!
That’s a wood fired pizza Tommy! That crispy crust is just how I like it! Definitely agree with the blister pack. Great looking pies and that oven has so many possibilities. Cheers brother!
I built mine today yes a blister pack would have helped. I used oak splits, couldn't get the heat above 380. Tried some pop biscuits and they were doughy, I got learning to do! I am hoping to improve over time and practice.
Hey Tommy! I checked out dozens and dozens of reviews for different pizza ovens, but this review sealed the deal! I got it for Xmas! And yes, a blister pack would’ve saved some time! I tuned in again to see how to light this sucker. Got some dough rising and will be ready for a try. Thanks for the great video & review!
Pizzello is fantastic. The Forte does great with wood pellets, amazing and the gas works well. Also love my Pizzello 4-1 which does great with wod splits. Best value on the market today in my opinion.
@@thegalleryBBQ me too. I'm hoping to get the Grande double decker at some point and use that as a wood fire "oven" for things other than pizza. The price point/value proposition on them is fantastic. If you post any videos, would love to see them so let me know.
Hey Tommy, I like this pizza oven! I definitely need to check this out. I’ve been looking for one and keep leaning towards the Blackstone conversion kit for my new 22 inch adventure ready griddle. This might be even better actually.
Great video! How do you clean the ashes out? I see other models with a dedicated ash tray (e.g. VEVOR) underneath the burn pile. Maybe you can review that one next!! :)
this seems more like an oven style like indoors except you've got the wood flavor. Downside appears to be that there is no heat on top which shows on that pizza. Could've used a little browning on topppings but I get there is no flame in top of oven to do that.
Hey Tommy, great video. So the wife is thinking of this for XMAS. I was wondering how much/many splits were you using? And could you use chunks instead? I love pizza but shouldn't be eating it a ton....so I am trying to gauge what amount of fuel I might use to see if its for our fam or not....I did see that you mentioned steaks on it...have you tried that yet???? For the price, I am almost ready to pull the trigger....thanks and keep the great videos coming
Tomas. Thanks. If you do don't forget to use my link. I love the stove at its price point and hope to be using it again on camera. Sooooon. I have not done steak but I do think it'll work out well. Keep me posted!

Ill check that out Rus. Thanks-
The sound of the crunch on that pizza bite was perfect! 🍻
Good stuff man.
Thanks!
Cheers and thanks much!
This looks like a good option for me. Easy to use and at that price point if I hardly use it it doesn't matter.

Fantastic Tommy! I watch them all. Have a great weekend brother 👍
Fun for sure-
Okay Tommy, you sold me on this. Just bought one, got 5% off and free shipping, plus it is on sale!
WOW Papa I do believe you'll enjoy it!! It's certainly priced right for what it can do.
I built mine today yes a blister pack would have helped. I used oak splits, couldn't get the heat above 380. Tried some pop biscuits and they were doughy, I got learning to do! I am hoping to improve over time and practice.
Are you talking coulden't get the stone over 380?
Just got mine can't wait
Just got one and this video was very helpful. Thanks!
Tommy searching for a screw, hope they see what you said and correct that. Good job explaining it Tommy. The pie looks awesome.
I always gotta keep it real!

8 months later, how are you liking this oven?
I am going to practice sliding my pizza dough into my Pizzello tomorrow, will be using corn meal to slide it in.
Ill be watching when you post it
Awesome little oven Tommy….great looking pizza!!!
I was pleasantly surprised for sure-
Can you use the top rack in conjunction with the stone in bottom level and cook 2 pizzas at once?
Id think so...
Not bad for $150 pizza oven that fits on a table top. This is a great introductory way into wood fired pizzas.
Agreed. Cheers
Great information Tommy! Haven’t pulled the trigger on a pizza oven yet and this one has my eye for sure. Cheers brother 🍻
I got more coming on this one!!
Nice unboxing and review. And good looking pizza! 👏🍕🍻
Thank you 😋
Nice pizza Tommy
Cheers!!
Hey, Tommy, Nice looking pie and the oven is pretty nice especially for the price. Keep up the great work🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍
Thanks John. This pizza maker can do an aweful lot at that price point

Agreed! I love both those ovens..

So far, at its price point, i love it!
What type of wood u feel is best for pizza???
Oak and Cherry.
Man I so want a Pizza oven for channel but afraid to get something to small, nice cook Tommy thank you
This one's pretty cool.
Great video! How do you clean the ashes out? I see other models with a dedicated ash tray (e.g. VEVOR) underneath the burn pile. Maybe you can review that one next!! :)
I got the Vavor in my garage.
That does look like a pretty cool pizza oven Tommy!👍
More coming!

Its all a learning experience. I love what this oven/pizza maker is all about!
I ordered mine, I wonder if you can use the stone as heat sheild and smoke your meat on the top grill.
Good question. That said. Stay tuned as I just got the 16"....
I really have to snag one of these ovens up
Thanks Chris. LMK-
Agreed - The other pizza ovens are too heavy!😂 I like the easy to assemble and store aspect of this pizza oven - great video! Great looking pizza!👍
Thanks for watching!
Great looking pizza brother, where did you pick up the table the pizza oven is on? Thanks
Nuuk... If you wanna link and possibly a coupon. LMK-
Follow the link he gives in the description. They got rolling cart tables also.
I think that's a nifty looking pizza oven. The crust on the pizza has a nice char and a great crunch. Cheers, Tommy! 👍👍✌️
Thanks brother!
What size is the pizza stone?
12"... stay tuned as ive got a 16" coming next week.
@@thegalleryBBQ thank you.
I appreciate you using the tools that come with the product but I would suggest getting a circle peel for rotating pizza
Thanks bud and will do.
Which do you like better, the grande or the forte?
So the forte is more of just a pizza oven. The grande can do more. I'm definitely a more kinda guy!
Is this the 12 inch or 16 inch
16"
Love the crunch.
JT
Good stuff JT...
Nice bottom on that, Tommy! Thanks for the look at this one.
Cheers brother!

🥺 Tommy you have moved to the dark side.
You put like no cheese on your pizza I have no clue how it cooks actual thick cheese
Getting randy Savage vibes
