#cargotrailerconversion #homelessshelter #squaredropcamper I installed a 15 x 18 window in the trailer today, and I re-paneled the side door to make it look a little nicer.
I greatly admire and respect the quality of your work and the thought that goes into it! This is going to be an absolute gem of a trailer once completed.
I'm with you on Shed windows; cheap, tempered, seemingly durable. I'm thinking about an exterior shutter to prevent water infiltration when driving in a downpour. Love your work. Keep it up, stay safe.
I put homemade "storm windows over a set of shed windows for a guy. He installed vertical windows horizontally. Lots of water got in his trailer. The storm windows stopped that.
Your a good guy for doing this build and I like the fact your doing it right. I keep going back and forth on a window I don't really want one but then again I do. Keep em coming .
I enjoy your videos. Thanks. Which windows do you prefer, RV or Shed? And why. I am not sure if I like the look of a shed window on the trailer, but I do love the practicality of them. Make sense? I keep going back and forth on which one to use on my install. Just subscribed to your channel.
I like the look of RV windows, but they arr mote difficult to install and much more expensive. When I do a build, I give the client the window options and let them decide. An example - a 14 x 21 RV window is $150+/-. A shed window the same size is $35. Both do the same thing- let light in, the windows open the same amount for air flow, so it comes down to budget and the look desired.
Thank you. I bought that one on Ebay. It was a left over from the seller's project. I usually buy my windows from Shed Windows And More.com. They make a quality windos at a really good price, shipping is fast & really inexpensive. ie - 3 windows shipped from No. Carolina to OKC - $16. Got here in 4 days.

Another Awesome Window Install!!!
We used shed windows on ours too. Ours are a little smaller, but we like them.
I bought this one a while back, but didn't use it because of the wonky trim ring.
