Jason's death shattered my heart into millions of pieces. "Go, REMEMBER!". These being his last words hit like a brick, especially since Jason was the one with the fuzzy memory, the one who even till the very end, did not fully remember his life. What hurt even more was the fact that Jason is being constantly brought up every now and then and it's really rubbing salt on the wound. One of the most complex characters, doomed by the start, the true lost hero.

If we're going to talk about Jason again hera crying over Jason's death and angry that appalo would die to avenge him but his own father wouldn't lift a finger i didn't see that coming... maybe this can be a new beginning for hera and appalo and as for the series posidian and Sally being able to have a one on one loved one hat scene

For reals like Zeus didn’t even care, which makes all the more heartbreaking.

@@TheOlympusReportI personally like to believe he did care but being king of the gods he couldn't allow himself to appear emotionally involved

Good selection, didn’t know you were including scenes from the show. My personal favorite is the montage of Apollo visiting everyone at the end of Tower of Nero.

Personally I think Jason’s death should have been number 1 as a person who almost never cries over books I cried a lot at Jason’s death. Mabey this is just me because I read hero’s of Olympus before Percy Jackson so the first Rick Riordan character I read from the perspective of was Jason but Jason’s death will always be the most moving seen in the books for me

The beginning of the lightning thief
I related so much to what Percy said about demigods and himself, that I stopped reading the book for hours because of my fear of actually being a demigod. After all, my curiosity made me continue reading. I had to stop multiple times during the first half of the book tho

I know it is not as popular as nico's moment (obviously i felt very emotional with cupid) , but i would add frank's family accepting hazel
Obviously i count both hades figurine, bianca's death (both the action itself and the news of it) and zoe's death
