Just want to say, Most hamster/rodent enthusiasts warn against getting pet store cages cause they are usually not nearly big enough for the animal. Hamsters need a surprisingly large amount of space with things to do to be happy and healthy.
ETA: Jesus Christ, I watched further and people are telling her to get a bigger cage and she's talking about "boo hoo poor howy!". So, I'm not an expert on hamster care, but I'm pretty sure I've seen people convert plastic tubs from Walmart into enclosures for their hamsters. I have never seen someone so uncaring about their pets. I would want to put chantel in a cage that small and see how she likes it!
