If you could build a gear jig with a rod or two that are a little less then the diameter of the hole in the gear you could stack multiple gears in the same order and cut the gears the same.

Llike the lack of safety guards on the presses. Dont even stop when someone digs underneath it. They wear A glove when using chemicals. But what about the bare feet or no apron?
