It’s possible only when there’s a _tolerant_ President, like Biden, in office - who won’t misuse his power to covertly discriminate. For example, they can easily limit freedom of speech by ordering DC Metro PD to deny permit applications for _certain_ groups they don’t want gathering by the White House. As you can see at 32:50 - any gathering that blocks sidewalk(s) and/or street(s) requires a city permit issued by police dept of that jurisdiction - the approval process is so opaque that its incredibly easy for third parties to exert censorship by proxy (aka anonymously). The Liaison to Metro PD here, orders the group to stay off the sidewalk, followed by an order by police officer off-camera to “lock it up!” The 2nd interruption @ 37:29 by the police liaison was edited out. This “freedom” to organize, as you can see, is not an easy right to exercise - and you’re highly restricted while doing so. Its extremely stressful, and what doesn’t get captured on camera is the feeling of fear. And this is after meeting the financial blockades put in place, from city permits costing hundreds of dollars for just a couple hours, to diff cities/states/PDs shaking down applicants to pay for a fixed number of police officers (and sometimes fire dept Medics) to stand around, or if a street or sidewalk is blocked off, they place barricades and redirect traffic. Further, the last thing the Jewish community worldwide needs, is another vulnerability to exploit: from ancient times to the present, false messiahs have been used to confuse, divide, and trick our people. Even in Orthodoxy, with the exception of the 1% Hasids/Haredi (who wrongly believe their own Rebbe is messiah…), the notion of a coming messiah has become increasingly marginalized and unimportant. Amongst the Diaspora, especially in the West; emphasis on such a belief opens the door to unrelentingly aggressive Christian proselytizing.

Here's a couple songs i recognized. At 12:45 they start a song which is Psalm 116 starting at verse 12. Sometimes they are just humming the tune, not saying the words, and a few of the lines are repeated. But at around 15:57 they get to the end of the Psalm. Then they repeat the last verse and end it at 16:30. 41:43 to 44:10 they are singing Psalm 28:9 over and over.
It is Psalms 113-118, without the first 11 verses of 115 and 116. There is an ancient technical debate about whether or not to recite this prayer on the celebration of a new month, since it’s not a “full” holiday which warrants saying the full prayer. The compromise was to say it, but not in its entirety, which is why they took out those verses. Google “half hallel.”

These are a few verses of the psalms. I think the last one is 118 or a little before.
It's the prayer of Halel, which means "praise", prayed every "rosh chodesh" which means, the first day of every Hebrew month. This was thr firdt of the month of Kiselv. It's a compilation of many parts from Psalms

Here's a couple songs i recognized. At 12:45 they start a song which is Psalm 116 starting at verse 12. Sometimes they are just humming the tune, not saying the words, and a few of the lines are repeated. But at around 15:57 they get to the end of the Psalm. Then they repeat the last verse and end it at 16:30. 41:43 to 44:10 they are singing Psalm 28:9 over and over.
It is Psalms 113-118, without the first 11 verses of 115 and 116. There is an ancient technical debate about whether or not to recite this prayer on the celebration of a new month, since it’s not a “full” holiday which warrants saying the full prayer. The compromise was to say it, but not in its entirety, which is why they took out those verses. Google “half hallel.”
