Mam, aapne kaha na ki MOA k capital clause mai subscribed aur paid up capital mention honi chahiye …..lakin.....company formation k waqt hum toh capital raise karne se pehle hi memorandum ko file karte hai....toh subscribed aur paid up capital ko kaise pehle hi mention kare ge?

subscribed means at the time jo jo company me share hold krte hai vo kuki company me capital ki jrurt hoti hai to capital jo deta hai vo share holder hota hai
