Took my fiancé to get a new 4 wheeler. Got a tracker 570 which was a grand cheaper that the Polaris 570, so the tracker 570 was the cheapest. Besides an initial issue with the battery (which was taken care of by warrantee), the machine has been great. 3 years we’ve had it now. She’s 5’2” and she handles it just fine. And it has more ground clearance that others we had looked at. From some nasty trails in the UP where we were the first of the season to ride that trail, to rough 50” trails here at home that don’t get maintained. It’s taken the abuse. Get the 570 if you are looking at the trackers

I have a 600, they’re friggin awesome. Had mine for 3 years, snorkeled it, bought accessories from Arctic Cat. She’s goin 4,120 miles strong without one single issue. Air filter was in a dumb spot so I relocated it.

Right because you can't have fun on it if it's not a main stream brand, of course. Soft suspension is much better on the trail it's not a racing 4 wheeler. It's like comparing a taurus to a smith and wesson. They will both do what they were designed to do. If they are used correctly.

Considering that Arctic cat has their engine tilted to the rear was such a great design, that canam has copied the same design for their new 500-700 line up.
Arctic cat was the first to come up with that Can-Am copied it, as well as Arctic cats speedLock rack system.

This is tough to watch. People aren’t buying these to snorkel them and float them through a 50ft hole. But for someone with property who just needs something to get around on, it’s way better than a 50k machine

Someone with property using it to purely get around the property doesn't need a 7.5k quad bike!
An old 90's bayou or quadrunner will do the job. Only a couple hundred bucks. Have fun fixing them up and then you have a reliable easy to maintain quad. I got one of each.
Only downside (if you see it that way) is the intial fixing it up.
They have more than enough power (300cc) to pull a slasher mower for my paddocks.
Are people requiring 600cc quads (that genuinely need them, not recreation use of 'lets see how extreme we can get') living on everest like mountains?
50k machine? Are we talking about cars here? Nothing about this quad makes any sense to buy it. It's the same price if not more than other comparable quads that are vastly superior quality. I could understand if this quad was 5 grand brand new then the many shitty aspects of it wouldn't stand out so much. I have a 15 year old yamaha kodiak 400 thats more enjoyable to use than what the quad in this video looks like. And it was 2500 bucks
my family has beat the ever living shit out of our 2014 arctic cat 400 and its been nothing but reliable but that was before textron took over so I'm not sure about quality in 2021 lmao

The owners manual has a detailed description on how to check and change the air filter. It's not as bad as it seems.

It's a smear campaign. Everything he hates is adjustable.
The seat doesn't get hot even after an hour of straight throttle, it does in fact have heat tape (he must've pulled his off for the video or been very unlucky).
Utility atvs aren't built to do tricks on so the plastic touching the ground when he wheelies is him misusing the machine. Again no fault of the manufacturer's engineers.
If you look at any major brand with the same specs and same year the tracker will be cheaper.
How could parts be hard to find when textron is one of the biggest players out there.

@@thefirefelon believe it or not I questioned the rack thing, and what they told me really made sense. If the rack hits the ground first and gets caught, you’re ripping the whole thing off, but if the body hits the ground first it’ll slide. Quite a few manufactures are doing it now including Kawasaki. It’s a safety thing, for stupid riders😂

Ive owned Honda and Polaris and now I have an Arctic Cat 700 and it’s actually the best four wheeler I’ve ever had. Of course I use it for what it was meant for and don’t try to sink it…

But a Honda will do anything and last forever while doing it. They are made to work on farms and around the house. But honda and Yamaha also make those type of 4 wheelers. They have some with a single axle that is better for towing and working than models with independent rear suspension and axles that does better for off roading and trails. But the very best arctic cat ever made isn't as good as the oldest Hondas made. That's not an opinion that's a fact. If you can find one for real cheap yea buy it. But in no way shape or form is it ever better than a honda. The Polaris you could argue it might be as reliable which isn't saying much considering Polaris are not that reliable. Polaris are made for power and mudding. But there not great in reliability and are expensive to repair. There are can am that are competing with Polaris in the mudding category. But as far as a overall best ATV. Honda has been #1 . Yamaha a close second. Yamaha however makes the best racing 4 wheelers.

Also, arctic cat makes the only ATV and side-by-side with a frame approved by the American motorcyclist association as “race ready”

4:40 Polaris puts the battery in the middle on the 570 models (possibly the 450s' as well), on the 850 & 1000 models they put it under the front hood section. It's actually not that difficult to access the battery on a 570, decent amount of room.

64mph is good for that engine size. I believe it beats the Polaris 570 and matches the Grizzly 700. Now, I am unsure how long those machines take to hit a similar speed compared with the new A/Cat. So, being disappointed with its top speed is just silly.

I got a 2020 tracker 570 it was 6900. I also have a 2021 300 it was 4200. So no they don’t cost that much. They’re not the beat but I’m 300lbs and beat on it.
because they don't lol. To get close to what comes on this 4wheeler you have to spend at least an extra grand on a Honda, and that's without power steering, a winch, or a 2" receiver. Not to mention this ATV is American made which isn't too common anymore.

i was in looking at the 600 last week. its actually alot better then they give it credit everything is very serviceable like any other bikes.the engine is shifted to the rear for weight disribution atleast thats how it was explained to me by the sales rep. i had the same concern about the belt box and the service tech came in and showed me you can take the cover off with the plastics still on he came in with a quarter inch socket wrench and i think a 10mm and poped it right out. its tight but it does wiggle just enough to get out, i never really thought about the air box but im sure it would be the same if you were shown how.
i know your a canam guy and thats great but the tracker bikes are decent machines. i think it was built to be sold around the 7-8k mark and the dealers are upcharging the crap out of it.
They’ve been out for three years now and I can say they’re a great machine. To change the air filter you just take the two torques bolts out the top of the glove box turn it and just pull it out it’s not as hard as he makes it seem. He should really stop, and understand why it’s built the way it is. Also, like you mentioned, if the service center is reputable, then they explain it pretty well.

Cfmoto has came a long way. They’re really trying to compete against the bigger names and they’re not far from being just as good.

Arctic cat used too be pretty good back around 2006-2015. Also you cant forget tho they made the first 1000 atv which was the thundercat and it was very fun. It had a class leading 65 hp which was the highest back in 2009 when it was made. Now days its not as good but still arctic cat back then was good until textron bought it out.
Now probably can am and polaris are top. Can am does ha e the hp advantage

My 04 arctic cat 650 vtwin has a pretty good amounts of power to her. And rips pretty damn good. Tops out at around 108kmh on 35"
