Usne bataaya ki due to the increased interest rate, she will now have to shell out an extra $550-$600 per month in instalments and a huge lifestyle change must be made to accommodate this increased expense. Inflation poori duniya mein logon ko pareshaan kar rahaa hai (that's why Bank of Canada is aggressively on the path to increase rates to curb the inflation in Canada. Is saal and next year bhi kaafi rates badhne ke chances hain). Chhoti chhoti cheezon mein inflation to bardaasht kar sakte hain, lekin mortgage payment mein itna badaa change kaafi chintajanak hai. I am curious to know about the rate of interest for your new mortgage. Please bataayein if possble. Thirdly, on a completely different note, Dollarama is a very strong company with huge prospects to further grow in Canada due to constant influx of immigrants. It's a dividend paying, publicly traded company trading on TSX under the symbol DOL.TO. Aajkal share price zyada hai lekin @ $60-$65 range apiece will be a wonderful deal to buy and hold some shares, despite the high P/E Ratio. Average down is the keyword here. Just thought of imparting little of what I learnt in 25 odd years of stock trading in Canada. Aapko Dollarama mein shopping karte hue dekha isliye I mentioned it (mujhse rahaa nahin gaya).
