Best way I know of to look is to go to loawa and look at highest ilvl players of each class then look at their character profiles. Only works for the glows though since they have skins over.
Gold will probably be as inflated as it is in Korea in NA/EU when Esthers come out - so yeah a million buckos for a drop is MASSIVE but not as much as a million gold is now

You can go to loawa and filter by class to see peoples esthers. Some classes they dont exist though

Shandi lowers your cooldowns by 15% and gives scaling swiftness to your party.
Azena deals big aoe damage, no effects just pure damage
Also Inanna is heal, Balthor is max HP shield and Nineveh is not rng, her damage depends on stacks you have on enemy
