ISRO never worked on missions for PR or competition with other nations, it's india bred. I think a more competitive nature with backing from the govt with budgets, ISRO will be on top of the game. There are millions of people who dont understand anything but still follow whats happening . It will build a whole community if there are followers and viewers of some topic
