    stick a handful of rocks, the smooth river rocks you can get at the dollar store work well, and put it in the black bin before putting the white one in, it will allow for more air flow and won't let the soil/roots steeping their feetsies in water. Good job, it's a beautiful plant.

    Thanks for the excellent video. I will be growing all my plants ( watercress and others ) in my indoor basement garden in various containers ( mainly standard 1020 seedling flats and/ or Solo cops using the double cup method or in Mason jars using the Kratky System ) to escape temperature/weather fluctuations. The temperature in my basement is 70 to 75 Deg F throughout the year ( humidity 65% ) and I have plenty of window light in the basement which I will also supplement with LED grow lights where needed. I suggest that growing indoors would be a good way to escape temperature/weather fluctuations providing you can ensure that the plants get enough light.

    Really nice vid! Just have a few questions for you:
    1. Does this method work with garden cress?
    2. When you planted the cuttings in the soil, did they have roots already?
    Thx

    • @ltlbnsgarden
      @ltlbnsgarden  7 років тому

      @@ltlbnsgardentbh I think they are air roots the plant grows it's air roots on it's stem because in nature the reg roots are in water so can't get oxygen as well so the plant improvise by growing it's air roots up out of the water
