You're going to be my go to mechanic for all of my car problems we have the exact same car and you just talked about everything I need to fix in this one video
I thought your comments regarding other 3.8 components were great. There's plenty of videos on the 3.8 that apply to just the starter mounting and solenoid bolts and nuts which deal with bolt locations & potential problems with them. Your fix for the EGR unit throwing codes is especially valuable. I fix mine just by taking it off and cleaning it up. I'm due for some additional sensor changes so your referencing what you've done is very helpful. Your comment about the foolishness of replacing a bad starter with a used one is also a good tip for those who may be tempted to do that.
That means simply that the bolt shaft tightening nut is loose. You may need to screw that shaft back inside the solenoid housing a little bit before you tighten it.
It would have been nice if you could show where and how to FIND the bolts to get them out instead of all the side crap about all other parts . geez stay on topic or you will not get anymore veiws
