Very nice module. This is very good initiative taken by NCERT to increase the awareness of developing skills, testing and learner centered pedagogy among teachers. Such kind of modules, videos and text material will surely help teachers to give fruitful learning outcomes in classrooms.

Please check realty of the school across India. There teachers doing all types work for eg BLO. Supervisor, MDM, building works except class room teaching. Therefore I humbly request provided sufficient manpower and equipment. Please don't make teachers Multi task servant.
How to address diversity in the classroom keeping focus of each child with best pedagogy is very well explained and give introspect for each teacher to ponder on it while framing curriculum. Children need to learn joyfully and enthusiastically and participate in different educational experiences.
All the tranings and syllabus were prepare on basis of cities where all the facilities are avaliable but rural areas were neglected where no facilities are on ground.
