- This is the second installment of my I-295 in Virginia Series. Two more videos are planned that will cover the outer loop of the entire highway.
Great job with this one!
nice light traffic!
This looks like a legitimate bypass of a major city...here in Los Angeles, our bypasses are often more congested than the parent routes (just compare I-405 vs. I-5, yuck). I'm pretty surprised at just how rural-looking this route is, and the traffic is awfully light for a route that goes through major metropolitan area.
On a side note, the bridge in the beginning was neat. Good stuff!
That was a great video. Looked great and the music helped. Was that Eric Clapton? Sounded like him. Thanx for posting this.
If you liked the bridge - check out my other I-295 vid that contains much info about it. That area outside of Richmond just isn't built up - therefore, it just does not resemble a modern day bypass. When I travel south, I often just stick to 95 because driving through Richmond/Petersburg isn't that bad. Jim has a few good vids that area. Thanks for the feedback.
