If your looking for the fastest piece there is a checkbox all the way down in the filter 'hide set filter'. You see the fastest piece (or most c.rate etc) on the account

The level of the account and champion quality has nothing to do with how far along they are into the game. This is an account in the middle of the game so to speak

Absolute genius sir lol for solo mino I use baron. He’s made my farming runs for most things faster, sadly he’s in my main arena team so I can’t mess with his stats too much.

Level 100 account is not a midgame lol..
Level tells how much energy has been spent, not position in the game. I consider midgame pre-lydia. So this account would be late midgame by that definition.
