Hi Mike, We were in Vista Suite 6003 on the Nautica in 2022 and were awakened most morning by the bow thrusters shaking very loudly and violently. Does the Insignia have thrusters in the stern and would we have a similar unpleasant experience?
Insignia began life as the R One in 1998, the year of the change to azipods, so the question would still be unanswered. In any case, I am not so much interested in the terminology and am wondering if we would have the same morning wakeup cacophony every day.
For the price of the room, I’d expect a whirlpool bath in the bathroom and the verandah, a bidet or washlet toilets, double sinks and easy close silent drawers. The bedspread looks out dated and messy even though it’s new.

I stayed in this cabin on a sister ship after Princess took it over. Glad to see a shower replaced the tub!

No cruise ship has 'thrusters' in the stern.. They all have propellers or Azipods..
