thanks for the explanation. I can't use the clamp to do the rotation features because I have a Samsung note 20 ultra my phone is too big. I will have to rotate the top piece. Easy fix. Just cant run with it.
is it possible to control the rotation speed on remote or on the app?
When I click smart motion timelapse in moments, it says it wroks only when in desktop mode. I am already using it in desktop mode but it does not start motion timelapse. please help

My hohem have a solid yellow light its never green so its not letting me rotate the phone
I have this and its trash. It doesn't want to balance anymore, its always crooked weather it's portrait or landscape mode. When I press button to rotate into landscape, it gets there but continues to go and goes back to portrait mode. Remote control is clumsy, unresponsive.
I had the first release of this product last year and it did not work very well in the anti-shake function and reliability as their marketing ad. I do not use it any more.
