to make the first part easier, you can use LH to play 2 notes (ex. la + sol) and continue with your RH, because otherwise it’s really hard since the fingers on the last 2 notes (ex. re + mi) are 4 and 5

Try splitting it in a way that one plays the chords and the other handles the bass and switch it up alternating between chords and bass between eachother maybe? Idk hope it helps :)

tbh this is not my favorite arrangement, I like those by Japanese youtubers. Unfortunately they all played by ear and there's no sheet for it, at least I haven't found them.
