Aw thank you 💗 I’m not against sleeping with conditioner overnight, I do so when I’m having a flare up and can’t finish my wash day. BUT I don’t suggest doing so on a regular because you can over moisturize and cause breakage and loss of elasticity. I live by two rules 1.) keep it balanced and 2.) if it works well it shouldn’t take a whole night lol! I hope that helps 💜
