@@TheVertex-Engg-Lectures thank you so much mam for clearing doubt tomorrow is my university exam and full day I have gone through ur video's they are very helpful ☺
mam you are amazing , your teaching style is very clear and smooth .I have doubt in this video where you take instruction MOV CH,[SI+O4] but below the instruction you write data segment to CL but actually there CH not CL is it correct or wrong ?
No Ds is not always default register. I tried to use same base register in all addressing modes to make it easy to understand. While writing program we have to declare which segment we are using. You will understand it later
Mam, in based indexed mode, we can use only (BX+SI) Or (BP+DI), so as to get same segment register, because we know, for SI we have DSR and also for BX we have DSR. So there combination will also have DSR. Is it correct? Or can we use (BX+DI) or (BP+SI), is it possible?
But mam, 1) For BX_(offset), DS register is in action and for SI_(offset),DS register is in action, hence we can say, for (Bx+SI) , DS register will in action. Again mam, is it right? 2)Like that, for BP_(offset), SS register is in action and for DI_(offset),ES register is is in action. Then, for (BP+DI) which segment register is in action?
Mam if i use base index addressing mode .than how i select segment example if mov ax,[bx+di] .for this instruction which segment is choose as we know bx is for data segment and di is for the extra segment?
How microproccesor know that the particular instruction is present in that location only? Yea by calculating physical address but how 8086 know the values of offset and segment address so that It could calculate its physical address?
@@TheVertex-Engg-Lectures I have one more doubt When we write our program in assembly language the assemlber converts the total program into 0's and 1's and the cpu only stores into the memory??? The whole program

Difference between offset address and effective address? and direct register uses effective or offset address ?
Offset and effective address is the same. In relative addressing mode we call it an effective address that we get after adding displacement
mam is it neccesary to assume DS=5000H OR BX=4321H always this numbers only
No, you can assume any 16 bit number

For immediate addresing mode
When we write mov ax, 1234h
This instruction when saving in the memory how it's physical address is calculated?
Before starting program we have to initiate Data segment, code segment register and relevent pointers. 1234 gets stored with program

ma'am how to differentiate b/w memory INDIRECT and memory INDEXED addressing mode if source is SI or DI
You should write it belongs to both addressing mode if asked in exam. You can't differentiate.

1) For BX_(offset), DS register is in action and for SI_(offset),DS register is in action, hence we can say, for (Bx+SI) , DS register will in action. Again mam, is it right?

In almost all instructions I used SI, hence data segment

Before we start program we have to declare the segment

How microproccesor know that the particular instruction is present in that location only?
Yea by calculating physical address but how 8086 know the values of offset and segment address so that It could calculate its physical address?
Because we only initiate the program. We enter values in segment register, pointer register in the beginning of program
