    Dear Titus, Thank you for this powerful lesson.
    I have struggled with bitterness for much of my life due to childhood abuse and certain others who have deeply wronged me. I would pray for my enemies. But for some reason the bitterness lingered, which I realize today from your lesson, was also the root of my temper tantrums. Somehow you have cleared a blockage with which I have long struggled. Your simple earth lessons are so helpful for me. God bless you.

    I use to plow 10 acre fields like this with my grandaddys and uncles. We had mules but started pulling them behind a truck. We planted corn and polebeans together. I'll never forget those fun times. Taking baths on a sand bar in the river. Catching tons of catfish by baskets , trotline ,limblines or just fishing. Camping on the riverbank for a week at a time. Bacon, eggs, oil flour , cornmeal. Catch the fish to eat. No tent, just under a hootch.

    I'm glad Titus said something about the "no-till" movement which I had started following a few years ago. Makes so much sense as to why one should plow because of how it feeds the earthworms when tilling under the weeds, etc.

    We never used a turning plow and two horses we always used a furrow plow and one horse to plow all of the ground we used. You walk behind the plow and guide it with the handles. I used big turning plows with tractors some years latter. You always took good care of your mule or horse. There was a time when a good horse was worth a lot of money and a cow and hog were not worth much at all.

    I find it intresting that you are a "man with no identity", but yet you have had a UA-cam Channel for 5 years. I also find it intresting that you tell the story of the horses and plow but in the Santenello video 2 weeks ago the story is a little different but maybe there is a reason for that. I found the interview really cool but now after finding you have a channel it makes me question Peter's channel now in how he stumbles into the people he interviews. Still, you appear to be a genuine person and may God continue to bless you.

    Just to clarify for everyone, Adam was to 'cultivate' ('work' Strong's Concordance) in order preserve the garden of Eden from returning to a wild state (Gen 2:15). He and his offspring would eventually turn the whole earth into a paradise after the pattern of Eden, trees producing every sort of fruit and vegetation good to eat (Gen 1:29). Since we can't imagine God rototilling Eden to 'plant' the garden of Eden (Gen 2:8-9), neither would Adam need to regularly plow and disc it. Rather it was a food forest with 'every tree good for food' (vs 9).
    Only after Adam's fall did he 'cultivate', 'work', till the earth (Gen 3:23). So Adam went from horticulture to agriculture and immediately suffered the consequence of battling weeds and brambles (Gen 3:18).

    • @rajgglggl4790
      @rajgglggl4790 2 роки тому +2

      The scriptural word for 'plowing' can be found at Proverbs 20:4 is "khaw-rash" meaning to "scratch".

    Actually Titus you have that wrong , God created Adam last after all things . Adam started naming the things he found in the garden and God saw this and proclaimed Adam to be Good . God went away leaving Adam to his work and after a long period of time God returned . Upon Gods arrival Adam grabbed him by his hand and pulled him throughout the garden showing God the things that Adam had learned and named . God declared Adam his son and had a father / son relationship with Adam . God went to go away again and Adam said unto him ," Father where does thou goest when you leave me " ? God replied," unto the universe where I make other works like you" and God pointed unto what we call the heavens . God says to Adam ," While I'm away look up at the night time sky and my works shall be shewn to you and you shall know that you're not alone " . God went to depart and Adam became unruly and screamed and cried , throwing a fit and being hysterical . God says to Adam ," What is wrong with you my son " ? Adam then says unto God ," You are leaving me alone again , take me with you "... God says ," No I can not . I made all of the things here that you see . If these things are to work unto time itself , then you are needed here to make certain that my works do not fail . I created you to learn how these things work and for you to be caretaker in my absence ". So God created Eve for Adam so he wouldn't be lonely and God left . Eve corrupted Adam and when God returned he rejected Adam and Eve together and told them to be as animals , to go forth and to multiply themselves just like the beasts . In Anger Adam created a great knife and he stabbed at the heart of Eden itself . To this day the newer bibles at this moment in the book say ," And Adam began tilling the soil ". When God saw Adams ferocity against the garden God tore open the vale and placed the Tree of Life inside it and he placed the Angel (which means envoy ) and the Cherubim with the Tree to defend it should Adam find his way there then God closed the vale hiding the Tree . People claim God destroyed the garden , truth is he didn't Adam did ... " And he began to till the soil" , when God saw this he set the weed against Adam and said unto him ," Wherever thou goes , whenever thou destroys the Earth , I shall place the weed against you , you know how to care for the creation properly , yet you do this against me ,if you ever wish my forgiveness repent and denounce your wicked ways and I will forgive you my son " . People read the words but do not understand them , Context in the Biblical stories is everything . Truthfully there's no such thing as " Weeds " . The way the natural world works is whenever there's a bare spot in fertile moist soil something will grow to cover that spot . The U.S., department of Agriculture has a test for soil fertility and 1 of the things they measure is organic material in the soil . The back to Eden method is the natural method of covering the ground with materials that will compost over time for example an overgrown field with " weeds " mow them down and leave them lay on top . Place your " seeds " in the ground by slightly moving the chopped over growth using a modern " seed drill " or planter . Recover the seeded area with " mulch " or " cut weeds " . Your plants will grow up through this material , over time the materials will break down and feed your plants but in the short time the " mulch " layer will protect the seeds from birds and weeds . Today we call this " Trash " farming , a man named Paul Gautschi has devised using any organic mulch materials to create good soil structure over time by keeping the land covered if even using rocks , this will allow the soil to rebuild its structure over time , mostly he used wood chips and living roots in the soil . He placed nitrogen containing materials like chicken manure directly onto the wood chips to break down the chips even faster . Tilling the soil KILLS not just the weeds but the earthworms that live in the top 12 inches of the soil also the bacteria and the fungi by exposing them to the air and the sun light . Have you ever seen what happens to a worm on concrete ? Anyone whoever has had a worm bin knows that when you expose your worms to sun light they try to run into the media materials to hide from the light . The sun light is so potent it even has effects on human beings and animals , when exposed to direct sunlight you'll cook your skin ( called a sun burn ) and while short term exposure leads to the production of vitamin D in our systems long term exposure leads to blistering and the darkening of the skin causing sun blemishes called freckles . Too much exposure leads to sun poisoning called skin cancer also it increases dehydration of the people ,animals and the soil . ( Too much of a good thing is still a bad thing and very harmful to those who are ignorant of the dangers ). Cover the soil , cover your bodies and protect your animals by working in the shade during the hottest hours of the day , take frequent breaks when hot and hydrate , hydrate and hydrate but be careful too much water leads to water toxicity and drowning . All things in moderation . Create the balance .
