tell me you guys dont wear extensions xD sounds great yes, untill you realise hairs keep getting stuck on hairbrush and if you had extensions on for max time you'll se there's lot less hair there (and are shorter cuz wear and tear....)
@@jj-vj1fvno not everything is sarcasm, i also don’t use extensions and it honestly never occurred to me that you can simply cut the ends off and reuse them 😭

My hair was down to my knees and I’ve been saving it until I come across a video like this! THIS is what I’ve been waiting for to turn my own hair into my own extensions!!! How much does this powder typically go for?
@@angiesmeister haha just here to share the tips and knowledge I learn along the way! Even with 2 decades in this industry I’m constantly learning new things
Do you have a service to retip hair? I have a bunch of tape in and clip in hair extensions that I need to be converted into ktip extensions. Please let me know!
@MirellaManelli thanks for replying! So do you charge based on time and include the time it takes to do this in the total for the service? Or how do you do it?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, i dont know anything about salons and stuff but, what if there is like lice in the used hair extensions? Unless you use the same hair extensions on the same person and not on another person then it makes sense. Or maybe this is just for like cosplaying or something idk😅
OK, but at the end of the day. That hair has been through so much heat and brushing damage that you should put some new tips in for that girl. Because they are dead they’re not even attached to the scalp or they’re getting nutrients anymore. Like this is not what you do this is how you get brittle dry hair.
It's called having acrylics and this happens to everyone who has them . Every person has to go get refills . Alot of UA-camrs don't show their nails when they need a refill ! That's like saying you have pores on your face yeah no shite just because everyone uses a filter doesn't mean shite !!!
Not true. Brand new, high quality extensions can cost between $500-$3,000 a bundle depending on the manufacturer and length. That’s not including the cost of installation. Blending, coloring, cutting and styling. When going to a salon you’re paying for quality and experience. Someone who’s only been doing extensions for a couple years is going to charge far less than someone who’s been doing it for over a decade. There is a clear quality difference. Experience and time is money.
Way "extra" for this service is what you say 😂 You don't know what you're talking about that's silly, they have to pay for the cost of the hair and putting it in and stuff I'm sure doing this quick refresh to the extensions aren't nearly as expensive as the cost of buying all whole brand new set(s). You're not even making sense if you really think about it... 😅
It comes from poor women who need to feed their children, they sell their beautiful long hair for a few pennies just for it to be sold for hundreds if not thousands of dollars later on. It's a very disgusting industry that feeds on people's unstable situations to make profit...
It's not being fake. Some people can't grow their hair as long as they'd like or they want to switch it up every once in awhile. Life is short let people do what makes them happy
I love this. Reduce and reuse comes before recycle for a reason!
This. More people need to see this

Wow - they finally made a powder so you don’t have to dip them in a glue/honey pot and burn your fingers every few minutes.
Grew up around wigs and extensions and hair, never forget the smell amd the pain 😹

You have to take em out anyways.
You want the glue part at the scalp. Further down is ugly as hell
