Rising water levels in Ghagra River impact lives of people in Gonda

Villagers in Uttar Pradesh's Gonda continue to struggle as a sudden surge in the water levels of the Ghagra River on July 5, resulting in water entering their homes and forced them to move to higher grounds.
As per people in the district, the river is flowing significantly above the danger level, inundating many villages along the riverbank.
