There's a trick for avalakki , in case if u want to eat soft non sticky avalakki ..insteat of soaking avalakki ,you have to wash avalakki 2 to 3 and drain the leftover water and keep it aside ....after 10 minutes it will be ready .....but if u want to do avalakki bele bath then u can soak ... And ma'am don't use steel spoon ( sauting veggies) for non stick kadai ..use wooden spoon.... By the way i love ur uniqueness of ur personality
