An in depth review of the brand new Chevrolet Impala, brought to you by Bowman Chevrolet.
Building upon its legacy, the sharp and sleek Chevrolet Impala, (completely redesigned in 2014) adds many innovative and exciting features for the 2015 model year.
This is a special car for Chevrolet, and it has definitely been noticed by journalists everywhere, lets take a look at some of the awards the Impala has earned in the past year.
Colors for the 2015 model year include:
Silver Ice Metallic, Red Rock Metallic, Blue Velvet Metallic, Summit White, Black, Ashen Gray Metallic, Champagne Silver Metallic, Silver Topaz Metallic, Crystal Red Tintcoat, Iridescent Pearl Tricoat, Autumn Bronze Metallic
Interior cabin choices include:
-Cloth: Jet Black/Dark Titanium
-Leather: Jet Black, Jet Black/Dark Titanium, Jet Black/Brownstone
Chevrolet says that this is the quietest impala ever made.
Premium Features include:
-Technologies like BOSE Active noise cancellation which uses microphones to monitor sound quality and cancel out unwanted noises,
- triple sealed doors
- acoustic laminated glass
- an available extra Large Sunroof really brings summer into the vehicle
- 5 different wheel choices, offer sizes up to 20” rims, allowing you to add your own unique style to your Impala
- optional heated steering wheel is great for winter, along with the heated seats. While cooling ventilated seats are great for the brutal heat of summer days.
- 4-way adjustable headrest keeps the driver and passengers necks relaxed for those long drives, and the driver gets to take advantage of the 8 way power seats with memory function
Powertrain/Performance
- Powertrain for the Impala is FWD with a smooth 6speed automatic transmission, with the ability to shift, which makes this a very fun vehicle with the V6 equipped.
- If gas mileage is your focus, the 2.5L 196 hp ecotec delivers 22city/31hwy thanks to start/stop technology, which shuts the car off when stopped to save fuel; the transition is nearly seamless.
- If power and performance is your goal, the 3.6L 305 hp V6 gets from 0-60 in 6.8 seconds, and still achieves 29mpg highway, this is the same V6 you find in the performance minded Camaro
- Dual exhaust carries those 305 horses exhaust notes further, while adding some bling.
- In Early 2015 Chevrolet will be adding a Bi-fuel Impala, capable of running on CNG (compressed natural gas) and gasoline

- Trunk with 18.8 cubic ft. of space.
- The long wheelbase adds extra interior room, with front leg room at 45.8”

Bought the 2017 Red Tint Coat LT with Pano Roof and WOW! 2 Years and no regrets. I fill the tank every 4 weeks. I work 6 miles away. I average 23 in City and over 35 HWY. I use Auto Start all winter and summer and my MPG will go down 2 mpg.

I wish the Car Wizard okayed it but at least Consumer Reports has and its good enough for me.I will be shopping soon for one with Memory seats so my shorter girlfriend can easily adjust the seat with one button press!

Can someone please tell me way u can't change the theme on the mylink touch screen on the 2015. But u can on the 2014 ?

So I've talked with a few people and nobody is really certain why, but it seems that GM took away that ability for the 2015 model year. Their guess is that it was either not a "popular enough" feature for the 2014 model, or that people were getting confused with all of the different options. There may be a way to re-flash your mylink system with the 2014 software, but I would suggest you speak with a dealership near you to find out if that is an option.

Rwd or Fwd ?
The 2015 Impala is FWD, great for winter, if it ever gets here! The powertrain with the 305hp V6 gives lots of power, and the premium electric rack-and-pinion steering system provides crisp, responsive handling and an excellent on-center feel. It's really a fun and comfortable car to drive.
