I have two syngonium right now butterfly and neon. And actually I'm looking/searching for new ones, started digging deeper into the syngonium worl :D you can see mine (if you want to) ant my ig acc inahome.ceramics
My favorites so far are syngonium wendlandii and syngonium maria allusion (?) sumn... because by far they're doing best compare to my other syngonium collection...lol
I do agree. Have been growing them for over 15 years and they never disappoint. Love all the new colors that have recently hit the market. The “Maria” has become my favorite. So many colors on one plant.💚
This makes twice I’ve seen your variegated arrowhead an my mouth drops open. That is one of most beautiful plants I’ve ever seen. Worked 26 in nurseries. It’s amazing
Syngonium are my favorite too! I have: Syngonium white butterfly, berry allusion, strawberry creme and plum allusion. Their colors look so good together!
The unknown plant with deeper green leaves and white veins is the syngonium batik!! And both plants are the batik! When the plant grows taller or receives more sunlight it will produce more veins, similar to the white butterfly syngonium which will produce lighter leaves higher up in the bushes! This is my favourite plant and I have this one tattooed hehe
My favorite Syngonium is the Syngonium Erythrophyllum. The dark green (almost black) leaves with burgundy undersides looks so beautiful. It also makes me think of Christmas for some reason. I should probably put a string of lights around it during Christmas.
I bought a new one that came labelled just syngonium Maria, another one is 'pixie' and the two newest ones that are lush and beautiful were called 'white butterfly'. My favourite one though is Maria, as it's new leaves are red, and older leaves are green with a redish brown stain on them. They are exciting plants for certain and I will do more research for their correct names. I put Maria in a red pot, and she looks stunning with her leaves and the pot. I will have to warn hubby though as he might see the leaves and anticipate disease but it's the beauty of the syngonium leaf. Happy indoor plantscaping, yes a made up word for what we do (admire, nurture, propagation). 😀
I fell in love with these in spring so I decided to do a series of them in one area just to show their diversity as a focal point I think I love my red the most but I am experimenting with them with two on a trellis, one in a hanging basket, and one on a moss pole just to see how they grow. These are a plant I feel a lot of people look past and I don't know why I find them such a happy plant to grow.
I got gift cuttings from a very large mother plant, it rooted with no issue in just water, and now is doing great in a plastic planter with great drainage. They are as easy as pothos, I think, I have the basic arrowhead and now will look for the pink and the others you showed, they truly are a great addition to my little collection! Thanks for discussing them!
I think also peperomias can offer us very wide range of variations (different type of leaves, colours, textures and also some of them are bushy and some are viney).🤗
I love syngoniums too! I have the albo fantasy, pink, bronze maria, starlite, mojito, white butterfly, golden allure, pink splash, goldie, panda, batik, confetti, green velvet and orm nak! I love them all and I cant wait to get more.
Syngonium confetti! I bought it in a tiny 2 inch pot from Whole Foods early this summer. It was labeled as “mini confetti” and it is now much larger than expected and so beautiful!
You are correct about how sturdy this plant is. I live in the northern part of Galveston county on the Texas coast. They grow all over my back yard. I pull them up and toss them into a bare area and it takes off. Don't even have to plant them. They grow up my fence, on the back wall of the house, as ground cover , they are actually a nuisance in how fast they grow.
I love the syngonium red spot just bought another to add to my other plant to make it bushy. I want to put a moss pole in the middle and have it cover the pole. X
I am very new to syngoniums, but I saw the maria and my heart melted. I am buying two and if they both survive the shipment I'll be potting them together. I can't wait to see them in person!
Your excitement and happiness with your Syngonium collection comes across strikingly in your video. This reminded me of a very happy plant-filled time in my life in the 1970s. I discovered a beautiful Syngonium Podophylum Albo-Variegatum in a local nursery, bought it for probably less than $10, and enjoyed it for many, many years after that. I hope to find this plant again someday. Thank you for this wonderful video. All of your plants look like they receive loving care from you.
I love your enthusiasm. I bought a Caladium with a phone order and curb side pickup from our local garden center but when I picked it up they said all they had left was white. So I brought it home but it doesn't really look like any white caladium I've ever seen. Today I saw a plant on Instagram Identical to my Caladium but they called it a Syngonium. It doesn't look like any of yours and doesn't look like any of my other syngoniums that vine and take root all over the pots they are in. I'm using some for underplanting in my Monstera outside on the patio. Those are going crazy bushy.
My first syngonium was strawberry cream and I fell in love when I moved it to brighter light and it started popping out all the pink leaves! Fell down the rabbit hole and now have a bunch more. Albo, mottled, white butterfly, maria allusion and my most recent favorite is my confetti! Obsessed with the pink speckles!
Omg I heard that the pink colour fades away when it gets sun, and the pink is the brightest when it’s in shade! Is that true? I newly got a pink allusion and I really want it to remain bright pink!
I have several. My faves are Neon Robusta, White Butterfly (looks like the one you have at 5:50), and Albo. I also have: Holly, Berry Allusion, Pink Allusion, Strawberry and Maria. Most of mine are much smaller than yours. I am thinking about combining or getting duplicates to have filled plants. Your beautiful collection is inspiring me!
I love Syngonium and discovered them b/c I got a cutting in a mystery cuttings box exchange with a friend. Only found out afterwards they're super in right now. I have to say I lean towards the Marie. So dark and elegant and classy.
I found 2 Holly variety at my area Lowe’s on the clearance section looking a lil rough but they are thriving and growing new leaves. Would love the variegated one.
I love syngoniums. I have two Neon Robustas, one Pixie, one Berry Allusion and one White Butterfly. They're still on the small side but they're doing well so I want to get more kinds in the future.
WoW!!!! Your Albo is so Gorgeous!!!! I just bought one... got it online. It's just a vine with an off shoot of 2 leaves. Yes, I paid a fortune!!!! I love her so! I am going to buy the Pink Splash next! 💗 Yours are all beautiful...
I love syngonium Holly for the more easily available ones. Albo for an uncommon and strawberry ice for a rare one. I just got a strawberry ice. It's tiny. I hope it thrives and I can grow it into a large plant.
I just got my first syngonium today! It’s a ‘white butterfly’ I know it’s consisted “common” but wow wow wow the leaves on this little guy are gorgeous!! Thanks for the video it will definitely come in handy 🌱🖤
I just picked up a syngonium Holly today at home depot. I was excited to see it. I have another syngonium, not sure of the name but it's just a light green. I really want a pink one though. Yours is sooo pretty.
12:23 Hello, I have recently purchased several syngoniums and 2 are definitely not happy. The soil is a mix of fox farm potting soil, orchid mix, and perlite. They are all in clay pots. The plants are watered, but the leaves are hanging over the side of the pots. They are under grow lights. I have pictures but do not know how to attach them. Your video was great!
Just bought Holly M, Neon Robusta, and Cream Illusion. So excited! Got them at the local greenhouse. They had so many varieties $4 for 4 “ pots and they are small but so very bushy. Love my 4 local greenhouses.
I actually just got my first syngonium today! It's a beautiful pink syngonium. Now after seeing all yours, I have some shopping to do. I need one of each lol. They are all so gorgeous I can't pick a favorite. Love watching your videos. I love your enthusiasm over your plants. Thank you so much for sharing your plants and knowledge ❤
so beautiful!! i never appreciated these plants until i got one. a neighbor gave me a single leaf cutting of her syngonium pink allusion, and she absolutely bursted this summer.
I just bought a Syngonium Holly at a grocery store for $4.99!!! It had 3 separate well established cuttings in one tiny 3.5/4 inch pot and was toppling over because it was HUGE! It was so tall and there was more root than soil in that tiny nursery pot. I ended up repotting all 3 individual cuttings into a 6 inch pot (hope I didn’t make a mistake by going up to a pot that much bigger, but I didn’t have a pot smaller than a 6 inch that wasn’t a 3-4 inch pot which was what it came in and obviously wasn’t big enough to hold all 3 cuttings to begin with). Anyways I wish so badly I could post a pic to show you! She’s gorgeous and of course I give my plants names and genders, so I named *her* Holly 🥰 she’s got the most perfect white leaves with some green “eyeliner”. I couldn’t believe I got 3 plants in one pot for $4.99!! I saw her and said “YOURE COMING WITH ME!” She’s my second syngonium ever, my first is a “Maria” I *believe* because she has beautiful dark pink/burgundy/merlot wine color leaves and steams but she’s much smaller and I’ve had great success with her. She typically puts out about 8 news leaves at once. Of course it’s August so I’m sure she’ll slow down soon but the Holly I just bought has 4 leaves coming in already. I don’t but a plant unless I can see that it’s already putting new leaves out, I usually look at that as a good sign. But this is the first “white” colored plant I’ve had the courage to buy simply because I’ve had such success with my syngonium Maria I figured I could at least try my best with the same plant but different variation. Wish me luck!!
I agree about it being a White Butterfly. I have the same plant (and a Holly, Pink, Neon Robusta, Berry, Maria, and Albo). It's almost impossible for me to pass up buying a variety I don't own yet. Now I can't wait to see them grow and flourish.
I feel the same way about Gabriella! Consistently the best online plant purchasing I’ve had 💕 my syngonium white butterfly will always be my fav but the Albo comes in close second ❣️
There's a lot of the regular green with white syngonium in a vacant lot in front of our house. It's been climbing a tree and spreading. So that's how I have a pot full of syngonium and a whole lot of reserves just in case. Lol. I can show you how the ones that climbed the tree look like.
And I recently just bought a pink one with bright pink variegations for Php 60 which is more than just a dollar! It's really just cheap to buy plants here in the Philippines
Your second one (the plain regular "green" one) is called "White Butterfly". I have one of these that cascades about 5 feet down on a bookcase. I've had it over 15 years. Absolutely gorgeous plant. One of the most underrated house plants. I just recently got a few new Syngoniums. I got "Berry Allusion", "Batik", and "Randy" (which is the same as your 4th one). And yes it's the same plant. These tend to have a lot of leaf variations within the same exact plant. My White Butterfly has leaves from almost full dark green to full pale green, or dark green with white, and pale green/lighter green. My Randy is the same. Some are much darker, some are almost all white veins, etc.
Oh awesome!! 15 years is a long time, it must be super happy with you! Good to know that the 4th plant is the same plant, I’ve been confused! Also so cool that you have the batik! It’s definitely on my wishlist. If you ever want to trade... let me know 😂☺️
Your arrowheads are so very beautiful I have two in my kitchen window and they are in hanging baskets still in their original potting soil in Nursery pot. I have taken so many cuttings off of the poor things but they just keep coming back just as full as ever. In fact when I brought them in from hanging outside all summer I had to clip about 10 to 15 cuttings off of each one of them has to be able to put them in the window one of them is called Maria and the other one is just the green regular one you see all around they are so easy to root as a cutting. I think it's easier than golden pothos !!!!
I love syngoniums. So many great varieties and they're not picky which is a plus. Great video! Thanks for sharing such great information with us! Your collection is beautiful 🌱
Well I already knew I needed the albo but now I need the holly too! It’s gorgeous. I’ve got a syngonium that is a cutting from a very old plant that a family friend has. I have no idea what kind it is, but it’s definitely my favorite that I have.
I bought very small pink syngonium at Home Depot. After it didn't die for some time I found another pink one on sell at Lowe's and another kinda silver one at Home Depot for even cheaper. Now I have different colors.
Your collection is lovely, the syngonium @9:00 seems a glo glo. A variation on the butterfly. Your Albo is magnificent 😍 I'm about to cut and prop mine, in order to get a fuller plant🍀
Hi Becca, my wish list plant is the Syngonium albo variegata, I am on the hunt for one. I also have the Syngonium Pink , I actually have two plants, the Berry Allusion, the Maria and of course I just had to buy the Syngonium "Holly" because it's a plant with my name, mine is small and was a clearance plant at Walmart I think, she was in pretty rough shape, and it has taken a bit to get her growing good, but she is putting out a bunch of new growth and is so beautiful, I really love the leaves. I also have just the plain Syngonium. I guess now I will have to check out Steve's Leaves for the Syngonium Mottled, that plant is so cool looking. There is also the Syngonium Confetti which my daughter got a rooted cutting from her plant lady in Montana, I'm hoping that when it gets bigger I can get a cutting from her, unless I run into one and end up buying it. lol! I love the Syngonium family because they are so much fun and easy to grow. Thank you Becca for sharing your collection it's beautiful and I love all of them. Have a great week, bye for now.
My favorite from what I have in my collection I will have to say is the Berry Allusion & the chocolate colored one lol not sure of the name for that one. Your Albo Syngonium is gorgeous😍💚🌿
This video got me pumped to get more Syngoniums! My mother in law had one in a vase of what we forever so she potted it and passed it on to me. She had no idea what it was. It sat randomly in my house for about three months seeming to do nothing and suddenly it took off! I’m not sure the variety. It has light leaves with red veins and also a couple deep green. I love watching how quickly he grows! Anyways just wanted to share in the excitement bc I get it and I am in love with your variegated one! Such a seemingly random little hand me down that I’ve fallen in love with.
Omg!!! I was hoping someone did a UA-cam video on syngonium lol My collection on arrowheads has also grown. Yesterday in the mail I received the confetti and a red Regina. I’ve also got for a while now the variegated albo ,a pink syngonium, Holly M and now looking for the wendlandii. I just can’t get enough of them 😂😂😂
I just got a lil one the other day after obsessing over my mums. I have know idea what variety (wasn’t specified) but still one of my favourite plants. Beautiful green patterns and gets pink veins on large leaves 10/10!
I love syngonium, thou mine have been growing a little slow, except for my mini berry (idk if that's the name). What yoy said about Monstera makes me a want a pink monstera deliciosa! that would be gorgeous.
The Peacock of green plants next after Maranta/Calatheas/Stromanthe. Alocasia, Dieffenbachia, Nerve plants, Aglaonema, Crotons, and Begonias are in my opinion in the same class, all with beautiful patterns on the leaves. Thank you for showing one of my favorite houseplants, what beautiful Syngoniums you have ;)
Mine is the Silver Goosefoot because you don't see them often. I have an established plant and just cut babies from it. Green and White velvety leaves!
I love your collection! I really want to add the albo variegata to my collection. My fave right now in my is the confetti and the one with pink veins (im not sure of the name lol)! Thanks for sga6ring with us.
“Syngoniums are incredibly easy and simple to take care of” Me having killed 2 syngoniums currently watching a third one die a slow and painful death : 👁👄👁
What is your favorite kind of syngonium? Tell me in the comments!! It's been awesome chillin with ya'll today -- I'll see you thursday!
I have two syngonium right now butterfly and neon. And actually I'm looking/searching for new ones, started digging deeper into the syngonium worl :D you can see mine (if you want to) ant my ig acc inahome.ceramics
One that isn't drooping! :)
My favorites so far are syngonium wendlandii and syngonium maria allusion (?) sumn... because by far they're doing best compare to my other syngonium collection...lol
my favorite is the albo variegatum HANDS DOWN! So beautiful!
My syngonium is going higher and higher up to the sky. What do i have to do with it to make it lower and massive?
I have always felt that the syngonium is SO underrated.
I agree 100%!
I feel like not for much longer. Syngonium is the new philodendron :)
I do agree. Have been growing them for over 15 years and they never disappoint. Love all the new colors that have recently hit the market. The “Maria” has become my favorite. So many colors on one plant.💚
O my god never I nwver tought that so much variation of arrowhead plant
Totally agreed
This makes twice I’ve seen your variegated arrowhead an my mouth drops open. That is one of most beautiful plants I’ve ever seen. Worked 26 in nurseries. It’s amazing
Wow thank you so much!! It is a beautiful plant 🙌🏼
I just got my first one and I’m so excited! He’s a single little leaf and I’m so pumped to watch him grow
So sweet!!! ☺️
I am curious, it has been a year, how is that little syngonium doing? did it grow at all?
Syngonium are my favorite too! I have: Syngonium white butterfly, berry allusion, strawberry creme and plum allusion. Their colors look so good together!

It's the only syngonium I own (I'm more into Peperomia) and I'm absolutely obsessed with it.
Very beautiful plant!
@@AcrylDame I love peperomia and Syngonium too!! Felted peperomia is my dream plant.
@@Everettalla I now own a syngonium albo cutting and what is probably a syngonium pixie. Beautiful plants!

I love all the Alien heads!! Give me alllllll the alien heads!! Love picking up the pots and watching their little heads bobble 💚

Batik I think.
Syngoniums rival many foliage plants for interesting color and variegations. Yours look so healthy and beautiful!

That Syngonium mojito and albo were so pretty! Lovely video!

I have a Maria that’s a nice little plant and a rooted cutting of the second one you showed. I def am appreciating them!
That's awesome!! :) They're such great plants.
I just got an albo yesterday!!!! Oh my gosh... another one that photos just don't even do it justice. I'm in love
I love the green and white one . I live in Australia and I’m going to check that lovely lady out . Hope I can find one downunder
I have had the one you called green (#2) for 15 years! I was told it is a white butterfly! Love it. Easiest plant in the world for me!
Oh that’s awesome!! 😍
Oh my gosh, no joke? I'd love to see a photo of that! DM me on instagram!
My fave is the "Batik". It's very hard to find. Very similar looking to the "Randy" but darker green and with thinner veins.
Oh awesome!! 15 years is a long time, it must be super happy with you! Good to know that the 4th plant is the same plant, I’ve been confused! Also so cool that you have the batik! It’s definitely on my wishlist. If you ever want to trade... let me know 😂☺️
I'd love a piece of the pink!!! OMG! It's gorgeous!!
I love it!!
the second syngonium is called White Butterfly then glo go
The third is called neon robusta
Your arrowheads are so very beautiful I have two in my kitchen window and they are in hanging baskets still in their original potting soil in Nursery pot. I have taken so many cuttings off of the poor things but they just keep coming back just as full as ever. In fact when I brought them in from hanging outside all summer I had to clip about 10 to 15 cuttings off of each one of them has to be able to put them in the window one of them is called Maria and the other one is just the green regular one you see all around they are so easy to root as a cutting. I think it's easier than golden pothos !!!!
Yesss they grow so so fast!!!
Love the pink!! I fell in love with mine first sight
They’re such striking plants!
Ahhh!!!! I’m impatiently waiting for a restock of the albo and mottled ones at Steve’s Leaves!! Gorgeous collection!
Wooo! I hope you get one! ☺️
I love when plants have a history like that!! ❤️ ❤️
Number 4 is syngonium batik in my country.. so beautifull and unique..
I’m glad I saw this...now I know where to cut to propagate! Nice collection😁😁
I bought very small pink syngonium at Home Depot. After it didn't die for some time I found another pink one on sell at Lowe's and another kinda silver one at Home Depot for even cheaper. Now I have different colors.
Your singoniums are beautiful and gorgeous
I only have a pink Syngonium so I guess that is my fav!
Same here 😁
i love the pink one as it’s one of my favorite colors, and the unknown ones are stunning! they remind me of the syngonium version of spiderweb fatsia
Yes syngonium holly is beautiful just like you!😁 yes definitely check out Steve’s for the mottled - it’s an awesome plant!
Aww that's so awesome!! :)
I needed this video bc my variagated arrowhead is growing very slowly and I heard they grow fast... so here to learn 🤗
I hope these care tips help!
Omg!!! I was hoping someone did a UA-cam video on syngonium lol
My collection on arrowheads has also grown. Yesterday in the mail I received the confetti and a red Regina. I’ve also got for a while now the variegated albo ,a pink syngonium, Holly M and now looking for the wendlandii. I just can’t get enough of them 😂😂😂
Oh my gosh! The confetti is so cute 😁 I hope you find the wendlandii!!!
The un-named one is a glo go.
The pink syngonium was my 1st pink plant too.
I just got my very first syngonium cutting today! I’m pretty sure it’s the Syngonium Podiphilum (?)! Super excited!
I just got a lil one the other day after obsessing over my mums. I have know idea what variety (wasn’t specified) but still one of my favourite plants. Beautiful green patterns and gets pink veins on large leaves 10/10!
Ooooooh sounds like it is pretty one! :)
Love your videos, I always smile listening to you plant talk 😊
Aww!! So glad to hear that :)
Thank you for showing one of my favorite houseplants, what beautiful Syngoniums you have ;)
I love my Maria Allusion Syngonium. The variegated Albo is high on my wish list.
I love my pink neon robusta. But my favorite at the moment has to be my moonshine. I haven't seen it anywhere else, and it is so pretty and bright!
Oh wow it sounds so lovely!☺️
Mine is the Silver Goosefoot because you don't see them often. I have an established plant and just cut babies from it. Green and White velvety leaves!
Oh that is wonderful!! Velvety leaves sound dreamy!
I love your collection! I really want to add the albo variegata to my collection. My fave right now in my is the confetti and the one with pink veins (im not sure of the name lol)! Thanks for sga6ring with us.
That's definitely a good one :)
“Syngoniums are incredibly easy and simple to take care of”
Me having killed 2 syngoniums currently watching a third one die a slow and painful death : 👁👄👁
@May September HOW DO YOU KILL POTHOS
@May September haha your certified killer pothos is the easiest plant hehe
I'm a pothos killer too, I think they require neglect which I'm not keen to give. I have 80+ plants and yet I kill pothos.
