I don’t actually think Daniel is just sitting on his bones. He’s trained his muscles to be quite strong in those locked positions and I’m pretty sure he trains mostly static. If you watch his videos he also lifts crazy amount of weights dynamically
Cool video. For me I think that having a good cup can do a big difference and I gess that needs muscle and more would made It stronger if one has good fingers also.
@@tarasaitis_arm Hey Mindaugas I dont know when you will do your next turnement but, if your using OBS for the streaming then you can flip a picture so it is not mirrored. One way is to right click on the device you are using and it can say video camera or something like that. Then you push on Transformation I think and then flip Horizontal. If you are using the most basic setup then I think this should work. Video camera -> right click -> Transformation -> flip Horizontal. Maybe you have solved the problem or maybe your using a different program but this should help. Have a good day :-).
i think you are simplifying it a bit. it seems to me like anyone can benefit from a fast hit at the go and that the connective tissue definitely can be used to make a fast hit. and with a fast hit, you dont necessarily need to pin your opponent, just get in a slightly better position than them off the go.
Yeah, I was trying to say the same thing at the end :) but overall I wanted to highlight that investing too much time into explosiveness alone might not pay off.

minde, minde, minde cool minds. more of it and we all be beter.

I think Daniel is proof that static strength is superior to speed-that guy is an absolute wall
Cool , can you tell how much you can static lift with your riser ?
Posting / with judo-karate strap over knuckle from floor or table pulley.
I think I reached 37kg last time
@@tarasaitis_arm super strong tnx
Did you win over Daniel on his left this last tournament?
Was not sure if it just was the camera that mirrored the video just like your first event.
No, I won on the right :) lost on the left. It's the camera thing again :)

@@jakobstisen6366 Thanks, I will try to solve this next time :)
your explosive strength was the most defining factor when you beat Daniel in Turkey
I did have to make him tired first with my static strength in the first round :)
so big weights key to sucess ?
Big weights in a static way ++++ small weights in a full range way for health ==== good balance :)
@@tarasaitis_arm and bands are for ?
@@gucci8487 you can probably use them for everything. But seems like static holds or light stretching feels the best with them.
Talgat? All the kazaks ?
All of them are still using static strength, but in a smart way with good full body movement :)
@@tarasaitis_arm so ur saying their not explosive ?
@@Vxneji I would say they have both speed and static strength :)
@@Vxneji- Speed comes more from natural athleticism, not weight training. Heavy static strength can be trained to a much higher degree.
