A guy like floyd has a high IQ he disarms his opponents and remains under control thru 12 rounds because he makes adjustments exploits flaws and adapts. Broner does not. His work rate being poor is all part of Boxing IQ because a smart fighter knows when to turn it up and knows when his game isnt working and adapts.

But I don't see that happening when he's fighting fighters below the 20th rank to become "on top". It goes a lot higher than that.
