Can't explain it, but Candyman is just one weird dancer, the way he carelessly groups his moves, is just entertaining!
His got interesting ideas. For me personally his approach lack funk and he comes across rather straight back. it felt rather housie to me.

With the second song, I feel like it was such a setup, now I love Joshua, but I feel like the DJ was giving him the one up with the second song considering Joshua is so funky when it comes to dancing, and Candyman was busting some killer ass moves, but Joshua took the crowd with his whole vibe, I love them equally, and it’s just my opinion 🤷

It definitely wasn’t a set up just certain songs suit certain dancers more just via style and it happened that it suited Joshua more but this song everyone knows it’s a classic
Both were amazing!!! But candyman won to my eyes... why? I dont know... the last song was a big coincidence... that song was used for a video where joshua danced... what a curious to choose that song in semifinals where many people can vote online... in addition, this is about freestyle... and some joshua's moves are almost the same of the video... dont get me wrong... I loved both dancers... Joshua is so funky... but in this battle candyman was the winner...just my opinion... ✌

Gentlemen, for God's sake! Is Joshua good? Yea! The boy is great! I don't want to belittle his victory. But let's go! Did you know that the DJ at the event is from Crew Ghetto Funky? Same Crew as Joshua! Candyman is sovereign! He knows how to develop in any urban dance like no one else. Joshua wasn't going to stand a chance! The boy only won because the DJ put the song that gave Hype in his video on Instagram. So much so that he makes the same moves in battle by copying the video. That's why everyone went crazy.
Candyman has some really slick footwork. Joshua bringing all the flavor tho, the crowd reaction says enough.

This was a legendary battle for real. Candyman is one of the best dancers alive PERIOD, let alone lockers. That being said, Joshua is a LOCKERS LOCKER IMO. The funk was undeniable and he had the moves as well as the musicality to go toe-to-toe with Candyman. The decision was fair to me and I loved this battle.
Joshua won because of his Crew DJ. He released the song that gave him Hype on Instagram.
But Candyman was only squatting Joshua was up boogie and popping locking just doing the whole nine come on now give Joshua his props
