I want to thank you all for your comments. I bought TSLA back in ‘19 at about $21 from my Roth. I sold about 30% and placed that in an investment managed fund still Roth. I have not sold any of the other TSLA shares, though I have regretted not selling on its highs and then buy back on lows (being a Roth no capital gains). I am content sitting on my shares. I’m 73 and I do not need the money right now but figure I may need to sell in the next 5-7 years, sooner if necessary. If I should exit this world sooner my TSLA will go to a good charity. I live a simple life where money is not my hope, I work to not allow it to control me.
FSD version 13.2.1 is very good, but there are still some issues that need to be ironed out. I'm using it on my 2024 Model S, equipped with FSD Hardware 4. Yesterday, I went out for a 100-mile drive here in Vermont, consisting of local streets, secondary roads, and the Interstate. FSD drove most of the way, uninterrupted, but I did have to manage the set speed with the scroll wheel in certain situations. One issue that occurred consistently is that FSD would not lower the set speed when entering local speed zones, such as entering a 30 MPH zone from a 50 MPH zone. FSD recognized the lower speed limit signs right away, but it would not slow the car down until 1/4 mile later. The version 12.5.x issue about maintaining the set speed on 2-way secondary roads has been fixed, however. I am confident that the remaining issues will be resolved quickly.
FSD v13 is so smooth. However, it does not yet recognize handicap parking spaces. Secondly when parking forward into a space it fails to park within the lines unlike when it parks perfectly backing into a space. That said, I love it. It’s great.
It makes no sense to buy sale by sale because every time you take a profit you’re creating a tax event if it’s long-term capital gains it’s 20%. If it’s short term it’s 30% plus and that’s just on the fed level. It makes no sense straight in and out of the Stock guys.
Amazing show today! The last section was particularly excellent. At the end, the views expressed were truly fascinating. Larry was solid, Jeff was wise and balanced, Alexandra was as straight as an arrow, and Xander was sophisticated and complex. The icing on the cake was Xander's insightful understanding of his own behavioral dynamics, which he cleverly used to play to his strengths. His final advice, "Play to your nature," was both perfect and succinct. Herbert as usual was solid and exceptional in places. A+ Excellent, thanks for your insights it makes a difference on tough days.
I guess I am a risk taker. I also skydived, gymnast martial arts even now at age 75 I also owned 3 business all making money so am I a risk taker. No I do my homework then make my move. I am not always correct but I am not afraid of taking chances. When I bought Tesla in 2020, My son thought it was risky but here I am now a Millionaire just on the gains. No pain no gain
Thank you Herbert and those who you brought on. The knowledge is gold. All of you gentlemen and ladies are on fire. I listen to your show. Always look for yo the next one. All take care.
Yesterday while driving with FSD V13.2.1 I sware that when my TESLA spotted a parked cop car about 1 block ahead the car slowed down to the speed limit....Is this possible 😊
There is a lot of emotions in option trading, much more then buy and hold. But it is nothing compare to the pain you will suffer using marging or screwing up in your options ( making mistakes). It can be complicated .
Same, I met Elizabeth stark last year for the first time at a conference in Wilshire, after then my Life has changed for good.God bless Elizabeth stark
Jeff; I agree. Everyone 'has' or 'is in' a different situation. I think your approach, by not 'saying anything' or 'suggesting anything' is wise. I would not my show my card's either. Respect.
I'm like Alexandra. 100 % in Tesla but I don't do options, trading, or like her and I live on pension and social security income and I just keep adding few shares each month in brokerage account. But I am 78 and retired and 90% of my shares are in Roth. But excellent panel showing everyone has different risks and methods. Great job guys !
I’m using CIBC Investors Edge and they tell me I’m restricted from buying or selling stocks in my RRSPs since I’m a non resident of Canada. Is this true??
@@BrighterwithHerbert No idea about that part. It makes sense since it's a tax shelter and you'll have different tax implications since you don't reside here. I have no idea how that all shakes out. I use Investor's edge as well so I know you can get them on the TSX. I started with just my TFSA but a couple of years ago I sold the CIBC mutual funds in my RRSP and bought TSLA with it. Now my TFSA and RRSP are pretty much all in TSLA.
This is exactly what I needed. B4 I even watch this as I've experienced a 12% dump. Question Herbert? Is it true that long term Tesla holders get access to the IPO of space x or was it Starlink? Thanks
Larry is a smart guy, I am all in with Tesla. I even bought when stocks was around $100.00 despite my friends thought I was a fool. They probably regret their action when they sold all their Tesla stock. People know how I made cash buying in on Mar of 2003 with money from refinancing my house so on Mar 27, 2003 I put all $160,000.00 into the SP500. That turned out to be a wise move. I told my friend to buy Tesla so he had a nice number of stocks. When stock were down I told him don't sell. He said he won't cause he know I am smart. I called my friend 5 days ago and his wife sold all the Tesla stocks. Words don't tell you how I felt. It's hard to respect him for not telling his wife don't sell the Tesla stocks. He could have doubled his huge investment. Heeeheeeee. so funny it's SAD
What fallback do Tesla HW3/4 cars have in event of catastrophic hardware failure of onboard computer while operating in FSD mode? Is there any standby, emergency controller that takes over?
Are they keeping free autopilot rough round the edges to get us to pay out? It still brakes harshly at slightest possibility of something n gets the speed limit wrong every so often, can't tell the difference between the side cameras being blocked and dark in night time, and doesn't recognise Zebra crossings.
Re: Robotaxi rollout in CA, Palo Alto official has said that Tesla can operate there under their warrant. Anticipating it coming to LA. Picked up our NEW 3 on TUESDAY!!!!! Deep Metallic Blue.
How about this for a Tesla demo: take a 2018 model 3 & load it with the original 2018 software. Let people see what that is like, including the FSD of 2018. Then update the software to 2020, 2023 & finally 2024/2025 with the latest V13. The same car, different software & massive improvements.
Thanks Herbert, for hosting such great open discussions with well thought out, expert panelists. I pinch myself when listening to CyberBulls. What other company has such great weekly observations and analysis that I can tap into so easily?
FUD Incoming (to help $CAers): FSD take rates have been disappointingly low, even among TSLA stock owners, due to most customers’ “learned” unfamiliarity with, & fear/distrust of automation. I.e., Although it takes smarts to pay Tesla premium EV prices & even more to try FSD, neither makes one sufficiently wise to realize their inherent benefits.
Too many great things that people want to buy is what Tesla makes I will not be selling when consumers are buying Tesla products It's like the better mouse trap. People will be knocking on your door to buy.
I just sold a 1 year LEAP put option, cash secured, at the 370 strike and collected $63.70; so if the stock goes down below $370 after a year I have to buy 100 shares for $370, but I keep the premium. So, my net cost per share would be $306.30. I would be happy to own Tesla at that price, but the much higher probability is that the price will be higher than $370 and I will keep the premium and make a 17% return on the $37000 that is tied up. Options can be used to control risk. Xander equating options trading to a casino is not a good assessment. It just depends on what you are doing.
Jeff needs to cut his "comb over" hair, and just shave his head. He will look good. With the way he wears it now, It makes him look foolish, and hard to take serious.
Slightly disturbing use of the word "victory". Over whom? Which war? Who is going to lose? Be careful Elon, you're not at war with anyone that matters, I'll follow and support your engineering and entrepreneurial genius to Mars and accept your right to have your own views, but please don't go mad.
Sorry, you all sound crazy to me. I only own Tesla shares in the amount that I'm willing to lose - a few thousand shares, not more. Elon is a human and if he gets involved in an accident this will drop again 80% and not recover for years. I don't hold any cash, just 10 whole bitcoins as a safe investment. As an engineer, i have to do the rational thing and hold capital in a perfectly engineered long term store of value technology.

I drove for 2 hours yesterday with v13 with crazy 5pm traffic in Orange County, CA, and never had an intervention. IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!!!
I fear that ambulance chasers will try and exploit Robo Taxi’s
but parks like a drunken sailor and is addicted to drivethroughs...weird!
Maybe the expression "firing on all cylinders" should be updated to "rotating on all coils":)

Not sure the phrase "firing on all cylinders" is the best Larry when discussing Tesla!
I sold Tesla stock at 450 with a stop. I should of sold at that ridiculous level of 480
THE LOSS YESTERDAY IS IRRELEVANT TO LONG TERM PERSPECTIVE!

Qvarden Token will make millionaires, after CEX listing it will blow up.

Highly likely there will be partnerships between X or Tesla with Qvarden Token
Musk's Qvarden Token announcement is coming soon. Easyest money if you get in on the ICO

Enhance Auto: Hold my beer.
I love all the varying styles. Xander said it best.

$437 as I watch this video, great buy Xander at 420 low
going lower....at least to test 414 and likely further consolidation toward 339 support
If you're on the TSX Herbert, there are TSLA CDRs available. You could move Cdn assets there.

Larry the Dwight Eisenhower years were 1953-1961. You certainly bring age old perspective into the mix. ❤
Who’s buying the rebalance sell-off?

I got a thousand shares at 170 and I am holding for 10 years or longer.

Every FSD-capable Tesla has two onboard computers constantly checking with each other frame-by-frame.
Did a test drive yesterday and the car didnt have v13. Kinda bummed.
I have 4k inbound Monday! I hope it’s a red day again
Learned a lot from this session. And yes and it wasn't financial advice 😉Cyberbulls Rule

Badass Tesla
Macro is what happened. Do we really need an hour on this?
Sort of gives one the feeling that the Fed Chair doesn't like Donny.
Hey Herbert, Love your work but can you please please add chapters to your videos ❤️🇦🇺
You guys keep saying that v13 has been released. I have 3 Tesla's, 1 AI4 and 2 AI3. None of them have v13.
I have v13 on refreshed Tesla Model 3 Performance (AI4). I guess it's not fully wide yet...
The whole market crashed this week. Isn't the time of the year that fund managers take massive profit to meet their annual target and bonuses?
Qvarden Token will go 100x after launch on Binance

Qvarden Token is easily going to hit $1 this month
Buy the dip!
no one talk about 14 , elon said it be better!
The stock rallied 129% in eight weeks. Are we supposed to be concerned about an overdue correction?
No stock keeps going up forever, it's a healthy pullback, it would be more alarming if there wasn't a pullback.
Bumps in the road = buy now
I’m still waiting every day for my V13
Trump is expected to mention Qvarden Token this week and the ICO is already almost sold out
The bulls wont disclose if they sold at the peak.. 😮🤣
Donald Trump is going to shill Qvarden Token hard after the inaguration 😂
With Elon and Trump now working with Qvarden Token is going to absolutely blow up
Too many great things that people want to buy is what Tesla makes I will not be selling when consumers are buying Tesla products
It's like the better mouse trap. People will be knocking on your door to buy.
X and Qvarden Token are going to be merged. Easiest money in my life
If Trump puts at least $200,000 in Qvarden, I am going all in
Should have hedged this election on Qvarden Token 😂😂
Now nothing. Hodl.

Trump and Qvarden Token partnership confirmed on twitter!! ICO almost sold out at $54m

Leaks coming out about Trump working together with shareholders involved with Qvarden Token

Or is several thousands Tesla shares that I currently own too few in your view?
I think all in is a ridiculous strategy that I would never employ, but to each his own. I'm perfectly happy with 40% of my wealth in Tesla.
Ok thanks, bye
Seems FSD can't operate in the rain. Won't this completely block robotaxi ?
Qvarden Token is going to absolutely blow up
Wonder how Trump administration is going to be pumping Qvarden Token
