I’m 23 years old but I still acknowledge MJ as the GOAT, I don’t care if LBJ surpasses Kareem, took him longer to crack top 3, Took MJ only 15 years dude retired three times, averaged a career 30ppg (that’s including his time with the Wizards) on 50%fg as a shooting guard who mostly shot contested mid-range shots, that’s rare. Everyone loves to downplay Jordan for losing in the playoffs earlier in his career but dude played a great high seeded Milwaukee Bucks led by DPOY Sidney Moncrief and Terry Cummings. To the all-time great Celtics with four all-stars (Dennis Johnson was still a great point guard during that time, especially his defence and should be in the hall-of-fame), Larry Bird, Robert Parish and Kevin McHale (Possibly the greatest post player of all-time), meanwhile Jordan was coming of only playing 18 games on load management, had to drop 63 points in order for his team to go to OT and eventually lose the game and series, Jordan played with probably Paxson as his only good player. Next season same thing loses to Celtics in the First Round. 1988 Season Jordan averaged 35ppg on 50%fg wins MVP, DPOY, All-Star MVP along with 200 blocks and 100 steals, only player to do so and we could argue that he should’ve won DPOY in 1987 where he averaged 37ppg on 48%. We could keep going but this guy was next level, dude only had 5 seasons where he didn’t play a full 80 games, Second Year where he broke his foot only played 18 games, 1992-1993 played only 78 games, the year he came back from the first retirement played 17 games only and his first Wizards year where he almost led them to playoffs before coming down with an knee injury at 60 games played only, his played a full 82 games at SF his final season . My favourite players of all-time Melo/Kawhi Leonard were unable to achieve any of that, especially Leonard with his load management.
Very knowledgeable for someone so young. It's obvious you've learned the history of the game, unlike so many young heads. That Milwaukee squad also had them two young bucks (Ricky Pierce/Paul Pressey). And we all know Moncrief is a top 10 all-time perimeter defender. Speaking of which, you could also put Dennis Johnson on that list. That's how good he was. The reason Boston got him was to match his defensive prowess against Magic in the Finals. And DJ is in the hall-of-fame. That 86 Boston team had four other hall-of-famers (Bird, McHale, Parish, Walton). They were as loaded as Odom at a Nevada brothel. They are a top 5 all-time team, a top 5 all-time defensive team and to this day it's still the greatest front-court ever assembled. But after what Black Jesus did to them on back-to-back games (49 pts. then 63 pts.) it's no damn wonder Bird said "that was God disguised as Jordan." Soon as Jordan had his very FIRST All-Star teammate it was as over as Stephen's boss with a twitch. R.I.P.
You can only depend on stats. MJ took 23 shots per game and got between 10-12 free trows. Defence was 1 on 1 and a lot of his points were on 3 on 1 and 3 on 2. Coming in a triangle orfense. Don't go with the crowd. MJ = LBJ. UA-camrs are making money off of you
Honestly I'm convinced that if we didn't have video footage of Michael Jordan doing his thing and only had stat sheets like we do for OGs like Oscar Robertson and Elgin Baylor,....then like NOBODY born after say 1992 or so would ever believe all the stories about Jordan. MJ barely leads in NBA MVPs with a 5-4 advantage and 6-4 in favour of Michael in NBA Championships and Finals MVPs. You just knew he's going to deliver every night and that you are going to witness something special. I follow the Nba since then and I have never seen such a greatness since. The flair of the Air Jordan with hair was unfair. But the bald MJ is the GOAT all damn day. He'd beat that King in LA like Rodney after they pulled him out his Hyundai.
@@michaelwatson266 I love AI. But Mike didn’t need to sell his crossover. He didn’t need to try to juke anyone. He was like a surgeon. Precise. His presence alone made players unsure of what’s about to happen. That’s the fear people had guarding Mike! 🔥
You guys are hilarious😂🤣🙏🏼🤙🏼 MJ was just insanity. Dude played so hard every dam game. No joke. Preseason games was not differentiated. Playoffs came and when you’d think that he couldn’t get any better…. HE DID!!! So much more efficient. Dude was a once in 500 yrs player.
Nobody can ever do what he did period . Especially back then we hand checked on defense and fouled the crap outta people who drove the lane . Nobody glides in the air while dodging people in mid air while switching hands and double clutching .
Yup. If we didn't have footage of Michael Jordan, and just had stats, no one born after like 1989 or maybey 1992 would ever believe all the stories about him. They would say we were making it all up and no one could be that good. And even with the footage, younger guys still want to rationalize it and say "well the league was just weaker in the 80s and 90s"
Some additional context... 7 of the top 10 players in Blocks per game and 8 of the top 10 in Total Blocks played their primes during Jordan's era. He was posterizing some of the greatest rim protectors that ever played. In regards to longevity and TOTAL stats, the players that are CURRENTLY #3 in Points, #1 in Assists, #1 in Steals, #1 in Blocks, #1 in FTA & FTM, played their entire careers against Jordan. He accomplished more than all of them COMBINED! Also, MJ is 11-0 in championship play (1 NCAA title, 6 NBA titles, 4 gold medals). Whenever he made it to the final round, he walked away as the champ.
14:07 This was the 1992 playoffs against the Knicks, my favorite playoff series of all-time. Went 7 games and was a W-A-R. This kind of play went on the entire series.
I love seeing you guys appreciate what we ol skool been trying to convey. Jordan would shape shift , in air, take a look around, then dunk on you. No one can touch him! Especially Lebron!!??
You have now seen the 2 best to ever do it, MJ and Bird. When people like me who have seen them both play say nobody is close it's not bias it's witnessing true greatness. Both of those guys played like they were losing their roster spot chasing the ball like a rabid dog. Nike didn't put air in the Jordans for cushion, they did it so you can be like Jordan and walk on air so long you forgot what the ground even felt like.
Jordan practiced harder than any other player. Everything thing he did on the court was honed through hours of practice. He was one of the greatest ever. That cannot be denied. If there were a Mount Rushmore of basketball players he'd be up there for sure...
As much as I love seeing the reactions from you guys... You guys got 30 minutes. Imagine years full games of and seeing him decimate the league and seeing those clutch situations in real time. It's nothing like it. He's the GOAT
MJ is only 6’6” and he doesn’t look like he puts a lot of effort to jump high, he is also so quick that sometimes helps the jump like he is floating. Just imagine if the sport science is available at that time.
THIS most authentic MJ reaction I've seen. Felt like reliving my youth. Saw MJ in person.. I was lil younger than you two in 92 doing a pregame dunkoff in layup line with Pippen. NO WORDS
As hyped as y'all are, seeing the guy play on TV was really something else. I wish had gone to a game or two back them. The highlights are great but they don't do him enough justice.
That play against the Knicks as he dunks on Ewing at the end. Everybody is focused on that dunk on the end, but the brlliance of MJ is all in that spin base line. Look at the footwork, how quick he is spinning on his heel. Feckin' awesome, I have never seen someone that quick and I have seen a lot of players.
If luka is averaging over 30 ppg in the modern era then Jordan would avg as much as he wanted in todays game. It would be close to 45-50 ppg if he wanted. No doubt about it.
Love the video guys, watching this through your eyes was like watching it live again. So many folks watch these and compare it to todays game and there are many recent greats that have moves like MJ. But when we watched it live, no one was doing what he could do, so it was literally shocking to see him in action. We were freaking out like you did, and it was great to see that energy again. Now when you see moves like this today, you know where they learned it from. Thanks for this great video, keep it up.
Reactors miss a lot of Jordans moves by either talking over the video or just not knowing what the hell they're looking at because they don't know basketball. These guys picked up on some of the moves that others don't which is good for them.
This is the best reaction I have ever seen. You guys are too funny! I’m dying laughing when your friend rewinds a play and says MJ looked like him when he made a certain move.…see, shimmy, shimmy, shimmy, pump fake…and the way the other guy looks at him is hilarious and he says what are you talking about, man? LOL it’s at about 4:10 😂
One of the many reasons why MJ is the goat is hed do what you just watched in those highlights every time he played. He always did something youve never seen, and do it while dominating the game on both sides of the floor and while being faster and head and shoulders more athletic than anyone. 🐐
MJ by far the most athletic to ever play. He's got a million more accolades then anyone else and his Impact on the game and level of artistry will never be touched
All love! We will NEVER witness this again! MJ GOATED FOREVER!!!! Wish ya.ll could.ve seen him in real time. Listen to the commentators; MJ made them fans! Kobe(R.I.P.), nor LeBron has ever
I feel bad for the younger guys that didn’t get to see Jordan in real time. I lived in Tennessee and it was like a day we had to set aside every time he was playing. It was like magic every game. Every single game, he would do something that would make someone else’s career highlights, and they were just another play for him.
6 NBA Finals 6 Rings (2 x 3peats), 10 x scoring champ, 14 time All star, 5 x NBA MVP, 9 times All defense, 1st $ billionaire athlete...man I'll just stop there..... GOAT...shut the front door!
MJ is the GOAT. If y'all didn't know, nobody can watch this mixtape and deny it. The highlights speak for themselves, the rings and finals record speak for themselves, the scoring titles speak for themselves. Case dismissed!
I’m recommending to everyone to watch MJ on his first Olympic team vs the NBA all-stars. And I leave to you to decide who was the best player on the floor🦄
Mj in his younger days - posterized 90 percent of the big men. What's amazing was he was small compared to them. I saw 2 half court shots made by MJ and in his second 3peat knowing that some of his speed was diminishing because age was catching up, adapted and became a mid range god. Average 3pt shooter but when it matters most, made most of it. Elevated his game from reg season to the playoffs everytime
I’ve probably watched 40 of these Jordan Mixtape reaction vids and I think this was my favorite. Make sure you guys do Jordan Rare Voyager soon. It’s some of these same ones, but some CRAZY more different ones.
He was a superior athlete and a super skilled basketball player. With the competitive spirit of a hungry lion. We would hurry home from where ever yo watch ESPN highlights just to see what Jordan did that nite. Because we all knew it was gonna be a highlight 4sure
awesome video thank you guys y'all made my day with your awesome reactions to the G.O.A.T. Michael Jordan I'm 43 now and was 12 when Bulls won their first ring which was hard to get footage of as I live in Australia but through the 90's I became a Bulls fan and soaked up every bit of NBA i could get and still love it.
Jordan would zone out. He moved like that because he played with ultra instinct. He once said in an interview that he didn’t even realize some of the moves he did until he saw the replay.
Ultra Instinct. That's a great way a describing how Jordan moved on the court. Like he doesn't spend a lot of time thinking, his body just moves and adjusts.
I’m 45 and couldn’t stand MJ back n the day real talk. He stopped more than a few players I rooted for from getting a championship. After he retired officially I realized just how much better he was than everyone else I was watching…including up to today’s game. Respect to today’s superstar’s especially Steph Curry..Curry definitely the truth ! MJ was on a whole other level though.🤷🏽♂️💯
Love your video. This is one of my favorite Historic Bulls Mixtape reactions I've seen. You guys actually pay attention to every move and rewind to watch again if needed. 👍👍👍👍
Y’all don’t even know who he’s doing this to. Hakeem Olajuwon, Dikembe Mutumbo, Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, basically ALL hall of the famers in the last 30 years. Learn your history.
Young people Jordan, was the best , no one could do what he did, as good on defense as offense, won numerous titles, they all wanted to be like him, he is the goat plain and simple,
This was awesome to watch. It’s great seeing ppl witness how good the G.O.A.T truly was. Jordan’s mindset to me was his scariest attribute even with all the talent he had. He would dunk on his own mom if it meant he won😂.
When God created Jordan, he gave him attributes that would make him an all around basketball player. Perfect height, power, flexibility, handles, competitiveness, game I.Q., his tongue for focus and balance, ears designed to be aerodynamic, great free throwing, poster dunks, fade aways, defensive plays, intense determination, creativity making shots, and ability to remain in the air longer than anyone. Science still hasn't figured out how he did it. If you watch in slow motion the dunk on Ewing after Jordan had spun on two defenders went along the base line raises up as Ewing goes up, you'll see Jordan climbing in midair, stop pause then as Ewing starts coming down Jordan goes even higher. He defies gravity. Grew up a Laker fan but MJ is the goat no doubt in my mind
People forgot that whatever we was doing, when Jordan played we stopped and went to watch the game. We had to see the shoes he wore because 2 days later those new jordans was coming out
There are over 4 million people in the US with the name *MIKE* but he's the only one you can call by his first name and everyone knows who you're talking about.
They put a pass in his highlights because he started out being the majority of Chicago's offense. He rarely passed the ball. They changed the Bulls play style and got more supportive players he could trust to help. Pippen Ron Harper Toni ... the guy does not pass as much as LEBRON, but he was great at passing. He was also defensive player of the year and MVP when they won the Championship. The man took over games on both ends of the court. Imagine if LEBRON hated half the teams and went on a mission to torture them every game that played. Imagine LEBRON was more accurate shooting and focused on defensive stops more with a 90% free throw percentage. Jordan did everything well. That's why even as great as Lebron is ... Mike is the Greatest of ALL time.
MJ will always be the GOAT. When these youngsters want to compare LeBron to MJ,come in to the conversation when LeBron has 6 rings Michael Jordan has 6 Championship, 6 Finals MVP, 5 Regular Season MVP, 1 Defensive Player of Year, 10 Scoring Title, 1 Rookie of the Year, 1 Hall of Fame.

At his peak, MJ was so freaking good , it was just unfair.
The flair of the Air Jordan with hair was unfair. But the bald MJ is the GOAT all damn day. He'd beat that King in LA like Rodney after they pulled him out his Hyundai.
@@katrinachavez3533 😂🤣😂🤣
the most spectaculre athlete i ever saw. great reaction👍
Mike's footwork was second to none... The only dude that could break ankles without much of a crossover!!!
His crossover certainly wasn't weak. Not AI strong but not weak
@@michaelwatson266 I love AI. But Mike didn’t need to sell his crossover. He didn’t need to try to juke anyone. He was like a surgeon. Precise. His presence alone made players unsure of what’s about to happen. That’s the fear people had guarding Mike! 🔥
His first step was so fast that players just overcompensated.
You kids don't know how good Michael Jordan was...
Best mixtape reaction I’ve seen. These guys were losing it in the first 10 seconds of the video 😂😂😂😂
You two got great energy! If you want to get even more hyped check out Michael Jordan Rare Voyage 1 & 2.
They just witness the REAL greatness
You guys are hilarious😂🤣🙏🏼🤙🏼 MJ was just insanity. Dude played so hard every dam game. No joke. Preseason games was not differentiated. Playoffs came and when you’d think that he couldn’t get any better…. HE DID!!! So much more efficient. Dude was a once in 500 yrs player.
Nobody can ever do what he did period . Especially back then we hand checked on defense and fouled the crap outta people who drove the lane . Nobody glides in the air while dodging people in mid air while switching hands and double clutching .
Simply
SIMPLY THE GOAT!
Helluva points made !!! You should put that in a video !! Lebronze fans need to be educated !! The point about the rim protectors is outstanding !!!
Those two players completely mastered the game.
COMMENT OF THE DECADE 🙌🏾🐐😎
You have opened up the rabbit hole... Jordan was and always will be the greatest of all time... watch Jordan's defensive highlights
Jordan practiced harder than any other player. Everything thing he did on the court was honed through hours of practice. He was one of the greatest ever. That cannot be denied. If there were a Mount Rushmore of basketball players he'd be up there for sure...
Not one of the greatest. The GREATEST by a huge difference. You can all discuss second place but whoever is second is nowhere close
I think you mean Mt Rushmore.
@@chrisfuller2069 lol. Right?!
You guys reacted very authentic to the freaky stuff. Love it !!
As much as I love seeing the reactions from you guys... You guys got 30 minutes. Imagine years full games of and seeing him decimate the league and seeing those clutch situations in real time. It's nothing like it. He's the GOAT
MJ did some amazing jaw dropping shit every game...Just too great
MJ is only 6’6” and he doesn’t look like he puts a lot of effort to jump high, he is also so quick that sometimes helps the jump like he is floating. Just imagine if the sport science is available at that time.
THIS most authentic MJ reaction I've seen. Felt like reliving my youth. Saw MJ in person.. I was lil younger than you two in 92 doing a pregame dunkoff in layup line with Pippen. NO WORDS
Jordan was amazing. He is actually pretty good at a huge variety of different sports too, like outside of Basketball.
A "once in a century" talent.
As hyped as y'all are, seeing the guy play on TV was really something else. I wish had gone to a game or two back them.
The highlights are great but they don't do him enough justice.
Can you imagine Jordan with today's training, equipment, and spring board courts
Jordan was a phenomenon! The all time greatest ever, period!
You two are hilarious!!! Best reaction I’ve seen to MJ ever. Dude is the GOAT!!
If luka is averaging over 30 ppg in the modern era then Jordan would avg as much as he wanted in todays game. It would be close to 45-50 ppg if he wanted. No doubt about it.
G.O.A.T. No one has had more impact in the NBA then Jordan
Thank u please witness greatness I grew up in this era and watched every night to see whst jordan was gonna do
Love the video guys, watching this through your eyes was like watching it live again.
We cant forget Defensive Player Of Year
G O A T !!!!!!
Thank fck that you noticed that first ridiculous layup cuz that sht is fkn ridonculous. Other reactors miss how crazy that sht is.
LOL it’s at about 4:10 😂
really appreciate that but its crazy he always saying stuff like that off camera to 😭😭
One of the many reasons why MJ is the goat is hed do what you just watched in those highlights every time he played.
I always say if LeBron is so great why has he never done a 3 peat? Jordan did it twice. 🤷♂️😘
In basically 6.25yrs
Imagine watching Jordan 82 times a season and every game is like this
This is probably, by far, the best reaction on MJ.s mixtape! Ya.ll have good vision... keep it up, fellas!
Subscribed
Appreciate that fr 💪🏾🙏🏾
And I leave to you to decide who was the best player on the floor🦄
love the dude in the background walking round like he on a celebrity tour
Straight Facts! He was must see TV!
You ain't lying!! We did the same!
I love when young cats discover Jordan.
MJ made the NBA worldwide.. nations tuned into nba because of jordan.
Old enough to remember MJ, Kobe, LeBron. MJ is 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
awesome video thank you guys y'all made my day with your awesome reactions to the G.O.A.T. Michael Jordan I'm 43 now and was 12 when Bulls won their first ring which was hard to get footage of as I live in Australia but through the 90's I became a Bulls fan and soaked up every bit of NBA i could get and still love it.
Great reaction again
Michael unreal..
👍👍👍👍
"Michael Jordan is God disguised as a basketball player named Michael Jordan."
- Larry Bird
This is probably the funniest reaction video I've seen to the MJ mixtape lmao
9:04 This shot won the 1988 playoff series against Cleveland. It was 2-2 in the best of 5 and the Bulls were down a point when he made that shot.
Lebron, Kobe, Bird, these guys were on some crazy shit, but is just Different.
For anyone that thinks Bron is even in Jordan's league, replace Bron and think of how many flops he would have done.
MJ is the goat.
Bruh!!! Your reaction when he said "Why'd he look like me?" got me over here cryin'!!!
😭😭
Y’all don’t even know who he’s doing this to. Hakeem Olajuwon, Dikembe Mutumbo, Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, basically ALL hall of the famers in the last 30 years. Learn your history.
G.O.A.T.
Never question His Airness. No one could touch him and that includes Lebron. Closest I would say is Kobe (RIP Mamba)
Mj said he practice like he was playing in the game.🐐
I’m glad I got to see unfold in real time … as I grew up
MJ is the Best !
"If you have a strong passion for something you will go to the extreme to go and get it"
- Michael Jordan
I wish young men today had the privilege of watching him live,he was a super hero,he always came through at the end .
And that is why they call him Air Jordan
I’ve watched this mix so many times , but you guys made it more memorable with the shocked reactions. ✌️✌️
Happy you enjoyed it and appreciate the support ❤️🙏🏾
Young people Jordan, was the best , no one could do what he did, as good on defense as offense, won numerous titles, they all wanted to be like him, he is the goat plain and simple,
This was awesome to watch. It’s great seeing ppl witness how good the G.O.A.T truly was. Jordan’s mindset to me was his scariest attribute even with all the talent he had. He would dunk on his own mom if it meant he won😂.
The dude is in his own category on Jupiter, looking down laughing at us mortals.
26:24 "they can't guard me"....truth!
Mike's the goat great winner disrespectful mindset against his opponent the best to ever do it
crazy thing is that this doesn't even have my favorite MJ move
We had to see the shoes he wore because 2 days later those new jordans was coming out
Then when the game was over or the next day, we was outside tryna pull his moves off.
@@mpound97 Straight Facts Bro! I wanna be like Mike! LOL
There are over 4 million people in the US with the name *MIKE* but he's the only one you can call by his first name and everyone knows who you're talking about.
MJ the GOAT, young bucks these days dont even know, this package just the tip of the iceberg
Great Reaction! The look on Red Dreads face when Green Dreads said "that look like me" was HILARIOUS!!! #NewSub
G.O.A.T FOREVER! REALLY REALLY MISS MICHAEL JORDAN PLAY 😢💔
LeBron is a freak if nature and great athlete/basketball player no doubt, but you'll never see great highlights the way you see with Jordan. G.O.A.T.
Guys ı really i loved your reactions u gave this video your opinnions with true heart
That man was flat out different
MJ will always be the GOAT. When these youngsters want to compare LeBron to MJ,come in to the conversation when LeBron has 6 rings Michael Jordan has 6 Championship, 6 Finals MVP, 5 Regular Season MVP, 1 Defensive Player of Year, 10 Scoring Title, 1 Rookie of the Year, 1 Hall of Fame.
One of most prized pieces of memorability is a framed, autographed in silver, Jordan photo of him dunking on Ehlo.
