My wife and I were In vegas In May . We ate in Red8 which has good Chinese food and service. Also the buffet is very good too. I did not know there was so many places to eat in the Wynn. Keep up the good work Derek
Another great video! Never ate there but I have to do the buffet soon. But I always make a point of having drinks at the bar in the middle of "avenue of lights". It's a great people watching place. The Vegas old timers tell me that all the flowers in the center display use to be all real, not just a mixture like they are now. The Wynn is truly a great place

Nice video. Stayed at the Wynn in February. Liked the buffet. The escalators for the lake restaurant wasn’t working at that time. I believe if you kept going past La Cave toward the conference rooms., you would’ve come across another Asian restaurant.

Wynn Buffet, love it, Pastrami Reuben at the cafe, awesome! Is the restaurant overlooking the golf course still there? The Tower Suites are absolutely awesome.

Great video Derek! That restaurant you said was the Lakeside is actually the Parasol (I've seen it on another video with the Living in Vegas vlog). The door at the back is a short hallway that leads to the Lakeside. You should do a video at one of the Forum Shop restaurants... there's 2 or 3 pricey sit-down restaurants that I've only ever seen the front of in other people's videos. Cheers!
My experience of the buffet at the Wynn was pretty good the last time I was there. Service and food were very good. Your review of the place was right on though.
I've eaten in that Lakeside Restaurant, it was wonderful but VERY expensive, We had Langostines (those big head on shrimp) they are ordered by the PIECE....delicious, but, unless your on an expense account not really affordable

I'm not sure I'm liking these "wonder around the hotel aimlessly" kinda videos. No destination and no food. Not even a good tease! I like when you show the food and actually eat somewhere. You're kinda just window shopping.
You never made it to their seafood restaurant. They fly in fresh fish daily. Great place. Also after watching some of you videos could you clip a mike to your shirt or jacket? Too much background noise. It makes it hard to hear you.
Roast Branzino $45...Mamma Mia, it's a bass. All those empty slots, no wonder Wynn is charging on the menu. I wouldn't blame is you never had eaten there.
Maybe no chickens, but what about the senseless murder of innocent semolina flour in the form of different pastas. Whether it's a giant lasagna down to the tiniest ditalini or cous-cous. They're slaughtered, it makes me want to go completely carnivore.
I just love when you wander around and ramble on about what you see. Anybody can shoot some video, but you bring some personality to the mix!

If you noticed, La Cave cafe, a fresh meal for a fraction of the buffet cost ($10-$15). Again, best to know locals well, and eat where they eat.

The Double Bone-in Chili rubbed Ribeye in SW Steakhouse is the best steak I have ever eaten.

Do a review of the good restaurants at wynn. Sinatra, sw steakhouse, wing lei . Go in there and eat like you do in the cheap buffets.
