There are problems regarding kill buttons specially non-impostor roles (crewmates and neutrals) that has kill button. And those roles that has suicide feature (Serial Killer, Lovers, etc). Since it's the kill button affected, there's a lot to change on the mods' codes so it may take a while. Let's wait and hope the devs fixes it soon

Hi. Among Us updated to v6.18.. TOHE haven't released their mod version compatible to v6.18 on github. But they release canary version (which is compatible with the latest among us upsate, but not fully stable yet and may have some glitches) on discord. If you are on previous version of Among Us, it should be Among Us v6.7 I think, to work on TOHE v1.6.0 from github.

You downloaded the zip file right? Not the other dll or files. Hmm. You may try turning off your antivirus while downloading or extracting it, it might be blocking the files, probably because of unknown publisher.
Are you using TOHE or TOHE-R? Because TOHE was discontinued and only works on Among Us v2023.3.28... Another dev tried to continue it using TOHE-R, that works on the latest Among Us version
Not working for some reason. it boots up to normal among us but for some reason the only difference is there is now an error that logs me out of my account which wansnt in normal among us.
Hi. Before opening the mod copy, make sure to open Among Us from Steam first (to load up your account), I do that every time I open my PC. Open Among Us (Steam) - check if your account loaded - close - Open Among Us (TOHE Copy)

Hello! May I know what TOHE version are you using? And what Among Us version? If you're using TOHE v1.6 on Among Us v2024.6.18, that isn't compatible... There is already a TOHE v2.0 but it is pre-released only on Discord for now because the devs are still on the process of making sure all roles are properly working.. Due to this, you can either: - Join the Discord Server to download the file - Wait until devs will release it on Github once we are sure that the mod is properly stable :)

Hi. It doesn't. If it does, I wouldn't use it. I do have an antivirus too but it doesn't give me a warn. Although some antivirus has some false warns specially when downloading files from an unknown publisher. I guess that's why you had that warning.
Hi. The default TOHE settings is to kick players without a friendcode (this is to prevent hackers joining in). But you can disable this setting: On your lobby, go to TOHE settings in the laptop and then turn off the setting "Kick players without friend code" 😁
Hi! There's no estimated duration on how long will the mods be perfectly working, but if you're on their discord servers, they are releasing canary versions that is working on the latest Among Us update, but canary for now, not yet on github until the mod all roles are properly working :)

Hi! Since the latest Among Us update, the mods aren't working on v6.27, to be able to use the mod, the host needs to downgrade their Among Us to v3.28. Other players joining can either have updated Among Us. Only the host needs to downgrade
They have a lot of different roles. Although TOHE credited both TOH and TOHTOR for some roles... But in my opinion, TOHE has lesser bugs/black screens on my experience.
I know its been a few months, But When I download the source code as well as the zip and put them together among us opens, it shows that its modded in the top right and it just freezes when the innersloth thing pops up

As of now, they are pre-releasing versions that work on the latest Among Us update, on discord because they are still confirming if all roles are working properly :) If you want to have a copy of the file, it's in Discord, or you can wait until they release it on Github
No? The order of the players in the meeting are based on the order of who joined the lobby first. (Host being the first one). There are different role assigning on the settings, you can try changing those.

Are you using TOHE-R? the new version continued by another dev? because the old TOHE wouldn't work anymore since it's a past version for the old versions of Among Us. and about the console, don't close it, wait for Among Us to load. I'm not sure why the dev doesn't remove the console from popping up.
Hi, "Town of Host: The Other Roles" mod isn't updated. It works for Among Us v2023.3.28, but we have Among Us v2023.7.12 now, that's why it isn't compatible. You can try "Town of Host" and "Town of Host Edited". these mods are updated and can work on the latest Among Us
I'm not sure what you mean on your question. But when Among Us updates, the mod devs also updates their mod to be able to still be compatible with the latest Among Us version :)

Yes. Another person tried to continue TOHE mod but I'm not sure if it would be different (like having less bugs like from the original dev) would you like the new link for it? Otherwise, you can try Project Lotus mod. Its version works on the latest update and I've also posted videos about it too

Hi. I think they said that on the latest Among Us update, it won't be available on public lobbies anymore. The only way for people to join your lobbies is for them to type directly your code. I can't confirm it myself since I don't play public, I just share my code on streams or Discord
yeah of course of course, it was private, giving the codes only, but when my friend tried joining, it repeatedly said "cannot find game", i installed it all correctly, no extra stuff, it says that only the host needs it for it to work for everyone, but apparently thats not the case @@anonworks
@@Z357Yare you on the same servers? Use the normal North America/Europe/Asia servers. not the Modded NA/Modded EU/Modded Asia. You can check out my live streams to see what regions I use. it's the normal regions
@@Z357Y The mod doesn't turn off when you are using modded. The menu screen will prove it. While having your modded Among Us open, just change your region on the globe icon and use the normal servers. Not the normal among us app

I like that my computer literally said "A virus tried to attack you" after I downloaded the mod
It sometimes says that when you try to download files from an unknown publisher. But I have antivirus too and it didn't really show as a threat.

I had it months ago. I just leave and rejoin. If it's still the same, I check my Among Us version if it's updated. and restart the game.

Hi. TOHE has last version v2.3.6 and dev stopped updating it because she has other priorities. After Among Us recent update recently, v2.3.6 isn't compatible now.
There's another person who tried to restore and continue TOHE but it might not be the same as before since this is a new dev we're talking. Do you want to have the new link from the new dev? (I haven't tried that myself)

Hello! As of now, all host-only mods aren't working on the latest Among Us update about 5 days ago (v2024.3.5)
Devs are still trying to fix the mods to make it compatible with the latest update. That's why it's glitching.

Hi. It doesn't. If it does, I wouldn't use it. I do have an antivirus too but it doesn't give me a warn. Although some antivirus has some false warns specially when downloading files from an unknown publisher. I guess that's why you had that warning.

Hi. The default TOHE settings is to kick players without a friendcode (this is to prevent hackers joining in). But you can disable this setting:
On your lobby, go to TOHE settings in the laptop and then turn off the setting "Kick players without friend code" 😁

Hi! There's no estimated duration on how long will the mods be perfectly working, but if you're on their discord servers, they are releasing canary versions that is working on the latest Among Us update, but canary for now, not yet on github until the mod all roles are properly working :)

Hi! Since the latest Among Us update, the mods aren't working on v6.27, to be able to use the mod, the host needs to downgrade their Among Us to v3.28. Other players joining can either have updated Among Us. Only the host needs to downgrade
What are the main difference between this mod and TOH:TOR.

They have a lot of different roles. Although TOHE credited both TOH and TOHTOR for some roles... But in my opinion, TOHE has lesser bugs/black screens on my experience.

@@FunkyFoxxDraws hi. that happens because we are only opening the copied files, not directly from steam. before opening your Among Us (modded), please open Among Us (from Steam first) to load up your account. then close that app and then open the modded copy. I do it every time I boot up my pc

that should work. It just needs to load your Among Us account from Steam first everytime you open your PC.

Hi. The one on Github (TOHE v1.6) doesn't work because the devs are srill working on it. As of now, they are pre-releasing versions that work on the latest Among Us update, on discord because they are still confirming if all roles are working properly :) If you want to have a copy of the file, it's in Discord, or you can wait until they release it on Github

No? The order of the players in the meeting are based on the order of who joined the lobby first. (Host being the first one). There are different role assigning on the settings, you can try changing those.

Are you using TOHE-R? the new version continued by another dev? because the old TOHE wouldn't work anymore since it's a past version for the old versions of Among Us. and about the console, don't close it, wait for Among Us to load. I'm not sure why the dev doesn't remove the console from popping up.

Hi, "Town of Host: The Other Roles" mod isn't updated. It works for Among Us v2023.3.28, but we have Among Us v2023.7.12 now, that's why it isn't compatible. You can try "Town of Host" and "Town of Host Edited". these mods are updated and can work on the latest Among Us

It's kinda the same. Except, you paste the mod files directly on Epic Games Among Us folder (because you should open Among Us on Epic Games Launcher).

Uhh what? 😅 TOH and TOHE aren't the same. Although TOH was the main mod that originally started host-only mods. Their code devs are different, along with their game roles.

Hi. I think they said that on the latest Among Us update, it won't be available on public lobbies anymore. The only way for people to join your lobbies is for them to type directly your code. I can't confirm it myself since I don't play public, I just share my code on streams or Discord
yeah of course of course, it was private, giving the codes only, but when my friend tried joining, it repeatedly said "cannot find game", i installed it all correctly, no extra stuff, it says that only the host needs it for it to work for everyone, but apparently thats not the case @@anonworks
@@Z357Yare you on the same servers? Use the normal North America/Europe/Asia servers. not the Modded NA/Modded EU/Modded Asia. You can check out my live streams to see what regions I use. it's the normal regions

@@Z357Y The mod doesn't turn off when you are using modded. The menu screen will prove it. While having your modded Among Us open, just change your region on the globe icon and use the normal servers. Not the normal among us app

Currently, most host-only mods aren't properly working on Among Us v2023.6.27 update. You need to downgrade to v2023.3.28 in the mean time, so you can use the mods. But only the host needs to downgrade. Other players can join even if they have updated Among Us
