Tile Repair: Loose Tiles Part 1- How to identify loose tiles and the proper way to remove them

In this video we carefully remove a loose tile and examine why it did not adhere well to the substrate. The tiles in this particular instance were adhered to the correct substrate but not embedded well into the thinset.
