देश मे कुल 14 नये AIIMS बने जिसमे से दो UP मे (गोरखपुर और राय बरेली),7 नये IIT, 22 Medical College (14 UP मे प्रस्तावित), लगभग 4 करोड़ नये आवास, अच्छी सड़के, 20-24 घंटे बिजली, कानून का राज ये मुद्दे है जिन पर भा ज पा हम वोट देंगे, हमारा वोट विकास और राष्ट्रवाद हेतु भा ज पा को।

This analyst’s basic premise is that there is a level playing field, there is perfect federal structure and Modi is observing all the ethics of democratic norms. This is not so in reality.

Don't say that people are not presenting alternative solutions to the problems we are facing. What I am seeing in the discourse so far, particularly what the opposition is presenting is that the inequities, that show up as unemployment etc, are because of a massive wealth transfer to a few select people - typically coming from Neo-liberal policies.
This inequity is being expressed as people not having access to their own common resources in many forms - natural assets or otherwise. The census is being suggested as a way to point to these inequities.
There are proposals to redress these inequities leading to permanent societal transformation and development. There are examples from the previous work in post-independence India. There is evidence that Institution building, public-sector and government employment etc. contributes to social transformation. There are sufficient resources to fund such interventions.

I urge you to read 2011 census data on Total fertility rate across the states. It's already in control. Our national average is around 2.2 and in the next census data(2021) , it's likely to be even less. And the decline in TFR is higher in Muslim population. We are already at replacement levels. Ideally this population growth debate is futile as we have reached the goal already.
