Kepler’s third law is derived and demonstrated. Want Lecture Notes? www.flippingphysics.com/kepler... This is an AP Physics C: Mechanics topic.

I like how Billy Bobby and Bo are just there for the lectures without losing any enthusiasm since 2013 hahah
Amazing stamina on those three!
I love these videos keep making them!
Thanks So Much for pointing out that proving T^2 is directly proportional to a^3 instead of just r^3 is beyond the scope. I've been baffled for a long time seeing others proving and stop there without further sayings
Thanks. It does feel a little bit weird to simply say "this is beyond the scope of this course", however, that's the truth!
Thanks as kepler's law of planetary motion helps me a lot for exhibition
Looks great!
Thanks!
Great 👌 Job
Sir could you please tell me what is meant by areal velocity
can you recommend a best book for mechanics (theory) :::
I am sorry, may be this isn't the right time to ask for this😅 but sir your explanations are mind blowing, so I just thought may be you could explain if we can't generalize directions, how do we know that the result is always true? Like we can say that for a number x..... , We can never say for a direction x because we always have to choose it, so we can never be sure if it will be true in all the cases 😶
A video about it would be really helpful
Hey Mr.P.. I have a really good question!
Why doesn't the current decrease when it passes through a resistor from a wire considering a resistor has a resistance which opposes current??.
I hope you would give some insight on this question..
Thank you.
It actually does, for a fixed supply voltage, using ohm's law we can saw I =V/R which means increasing the resistance means a decrease in current.
@@dapotatoguy7019 Oh thank you very much.
Is this on the AP physics 1 test?
No. It is on the AP Physics C: Mechanics exam.
However, the basic concept can certainly be tested on the AP Physics 1 exam.
What about elliptical orbits😭
Sir could you please give me the solution for this problem......... The acceleration due to gravity at the latitude 45 degrees on the earth becomes zero if the angular velocity of rotation of earth is 1)root (2/gR) 2)root (2gR) 3)root (2g/R) 4)root (5R/2)
There is no solution to this problem. There is only a solution to that problem when the latitude equals 0, and the object is at the equator. Gravity has spherical symmetry, while the centrifugal effect has cylindrical symmetry. You can only nullify the gravitational field component that is radially inward and perpendicular to the axis of rotation, through the centrifugal effect. You cannot nullify the gravitational field component that is parallel to the axis of rotation, no matter how much rotation you have.
Woah woah again a 1 month old Comment!!!!
Howwwwwwww
indubitably!
How can you use newton’s law to prove Kepler’s law. Newton hadn’t even born then.
Ok. I just posted Laws from a book @spectrumofscience
