Lunar nightshade feels like such a Pat McGrath color story… Nothing boring about it, and she definitely has a plan in mind that includes that purple shade. I definitely feel like Pat challenges us to get out of our own way and to stop thinking of “light brown transition shades” every single damn time. I love how, at her best, she forces me to think differently about makeup and that is a true joy. Cannot wait till mine shows up soon, it was the only thing I bought from this collection.
It actually surprises me too that people always want to use (light) matte shades in their crease. Satins or even metallics, can work out beautifully too!
This reminds me to find time today to escape into the happy place of makeup even if for just a few minutes. Prayers for all the innocent lives suffering right now.
Good evening Mariam - thank you for this intro into the Bijoux Brilliance week by Mariam. Perfect start into the relaxation part of this day. I am actually tempted to order Lunar Nightshade and Bronze Ecstasy soon and not wait on a sale. Have a great week. P.S. I like the look you created and after watching am pretty convinced that the colours in this quint will work for me. ( grey-blue eyes and undyed hair colour like those metallic sponges you use to scrub pots )
Yeah, they're both great, I knew I'd love them, that's why I didn't wait for the sale! As a result of their beauty and performance, I've already changed my eyeshadow game.
I’ve been using Nymphette since I got it in a Bridgerton trio palette and quite like it too! On me, with a more olive/yellow undertone, I don’t see the hint of mauve that you do - it’s simply a pale nude/beige with neutral undertone. Definitely satin finish. It’s probably my most used PMGL blush. 😊 I unintentionally applied a similar eye look while watching this yesterday. Used the teal blue from the Decadence palette as the liner with a Viseart taupe on the lid. You totally won the Sparkle moment game!! 🤗
Ohh how interesting!! I will never understand how skin undertones can change a blush so dramatically…I mean the science but still, magic! That said Nymphette is gorgeous and I adore it!!
Love the look you created🖤. I was drawn to this palette on initial reveal, but the more I see it used, they more I feel like it's not one I will get a lot a use out of.😊 Very beautiful
I got my shipment on Saturday. I used the large palette first. I was so happy you picked this one to showcase first. These are my favorite colors. Since I have much of the same things you have I did a follow along make up session. The look you created is my go to. I always use liner so the shadow as liner worked great for me. This look is glorious! As to the liner (since I collect blues, teals, green eyeliners), I used LH Cosmetics Crayon Risha. It has the same sea foam with sparkles. Looks fabulous! Looking forward to the other quints demos!
Lovely to see you enjoying new PML again. Agree the blush is definitely a success, and I do like the Dior highlighter on you. I haven’t bought anything from this holiday release. Although a couple of the quints look tempting - trying hard to resist! Regardless, it is a joy watching you enjoy yours. Thanks.
This is the only 5-pan I bought of this holiday release. I’m loving it so far! I found that middle pink/lilac shade the flakiest in this quint and showed the most texture on me, but the shade is so pretty! I enjoyed your look! I’m going to try it next!
Ahh beautiful. I am copying this wearable look asap. Thank you so much for your comprehensive review and guide to how to use the shades. I love watching your channel. Can’t wait for the rest of the demos this week. Hope your week goes well.
Ooohh a great look to start the Bijoux Brilliance week! This color story looks fantastic on you and the blush really works well with your skin tone! I do think that pink shimmer would be beautiful in a neutral look.
Yup Nymphette has a pearl. I also love this blush. It is one of my most used blushes, together with Desert Orchid and Nude Venus. I can't wait to play with my quint, when it arrives. I only got this one, after your swatch video.
I really like this palette but I wonder if you can't get similar looks with mothership X, the colours look quite similar to me. It looks great on you though.
Hmm there are definitely similarities so I would say if you’re not a hardcore fan who nerds out on every single detail, stick with Mothership X it has you covered rather well.
I’m a little disappointed with this quint , Although beautiful, I definitely have these shades in my collection. (I though that the light blue had an orange flip). Don’t get me wrong , I think I might get it in the future because I love PMG formulas and I’m weak 😅, but not at full price. The bronze / nude quint is still the one that is calling me the most ❤

Thank you @@tonjamarshall4842 I appreciate your kind feedback and user insights very much.
I’m so glad this was helpful!! I hope you end up enjoying them but honestly I can’t imagine otherwise.
This eye look is exactly what i thought this palette was capable of accomplishing, an Ice Queen look; I think the blush and lips add to its coolness!
Elsa vibes 🥶 👸 !

😂😂 you mean Pat won the sparkle game
You've created a gorgeous look! Nymphete is really beautiful on you 🥰
I think to date this is my favourite look I have done with the blues in the palette.

Thank you!! I know from experience sometimes seeing a product in use does the opposite of making you want it.

The blush is so friggin good!!
I just saw they put this palette on the Ulta app. Thinking about using my points to pick it up.
the blush colour looks absolutely gorgeous on you!! woww i can't stop staring
Right!!!
You looks very prety 😍 I love these colours. I m waiting my quints and this is one.
Hope you love them when they arrive!!

Under which rock have I been living to not have Nymphette!! This should have been a shade I own since the release in 2021.
@@mariam.a. It really is a great one.
Wooh, excited to see this video in my feed! 🤩
GORGEOUS look!
Thank you!! 💙💙
i hear u say this a lot and i’m curious to know what u use to clean off ur brushes between shades because ur brushes look really clean but not wet
Great question!
Just on a microfiber cloth. My brushes are also always clean because I wash them after every use.
Such a cool look altogether! You look beautiful ❤️
Thank you so much!! 💙🩷
Turned out glorious! 💎💎💎
I loved it too actually!! 💙💙💙
Ooo saving this look 😊
😁💙
Looks very pretty on you😊thanks for sharing😅
You’re welcome!! ❤
Beautiful ❤

Mariam, I know what you are. You're undercover-saleswomen for PMG - because you just sold this quint to me! 😭
If only dude, Pat doesn’t even know I exist 😂.
🎉 💃🏾 🕺🏻
Omg, that layering at 5:49 looks like a nasty bruise 😂. Pat did us fair skin gals dirty with this quint.
😂😂😂 I guess I will have to see how bad that looks on the eye

Wow orange flip.. that would be cool!
I totally get it, as per the initial teaser I thought this would be mint shade with peachy pink sparkles 🙈🤣.
@@mariam.a. Yeap, it is so sad is not :/
