Bravooo bărbate !!! Mă bucur că și Românii o dau spre normalitate, având în vedere că suntem pe ultimele locuri din europa la capitolul reciclare și ecologie.. Superbă presa ce ai realizat-o dar aș fi preferat să fi și vorbit în timp ce producea-i bricheta ca lumea să știe ceea ce faci.. Mă rog, acum fiecare cu stilul său ! Raspuns pentru Rusan Alexandru .Masurile sunt: H 16cm -L 33cm -l 11cm. In functie de amestec bricheta va avea in medie H 10 cm (poate avea si 8 si 12 cm). Brichetele ard cu flacara ca si lemnul daca sunt bine uscate.
Ok. Mulțumesc mult pentru răspuns. M-am lămurit. În cel mai bun caz , prin presare, volumul îi scade la jumate.

Ținând cont la câte cartoane, resturi vegetale, rumeguș, ulei ars si alte materiale care pot asigura încălzirea se strâng într-o lună la o casă, gunoi care te si incomodează,
ținând cont că instalația nu m-a costat o avere, până in 100-150lei, pentru ca am făcut-o din ce am găsit prin atelier, iar cric hidraulic la mașina aveam,
ținând cont că nu folosesc curent electric (eu si amestecul îl las sa dospească si-l amestec manual), iar de uscat le-am uscat natural
,
ținând cont ca din primăvara trecută până in toamna trecuta, am făcut doar 60-75 de brichete pe săptămâna de 8x15x45cm, aprox. 10-15buc/zi fără să mă strofoc, deci vreo 300/luna x 6 luni rezultând peste 2000buc brichete și doar din resturile menționate mai sus,
ținând cont că pentru o iarnă am nevoie de minim de 2 camioane de lemne, iar un camion de 10mc de lemne de foc nesparte si netăiate au ajuns sa coste 3000-3500lei sau peleti necesari din rumegus de brad pentru o iarna sar de 7-8000lei,
=> mi-am făcut brichete care m-au scutit de o grămadă de bani si mi-au asigurat încălzirea din ianuarie până in aprilie.
Iar dacă iți faci cu cap si amestecul chiar are putere calorica. mai mare decât lemnul.
Asa ca eu zic că merită.
Dar dacă vrei să stai degeaba, zici că nu merita si dai banii pe alte surse, nefolosind ce ai ca si gunoi in și pe lângă casă.

Bună. Poți te rog să-mi zici ce înălțime are forma în care pui amestecul? Din câte îmi dau seama după presare rămân 10 cm. "Matrița" are 20 cm? Se presează până la jumătate? Din 20cm rămân 10cm? Sau care sunt măsurile?
De ars cum ard? Mocnit sau cu flacără?
Oricum, bună treabă. Vreau să-mi fac și eu dar încă nu sunt decis dacă să-l fac ca și al tău, sau să-l fac cu țeavă pe verticală. De ce ai ales să-l faci pe orizontală?
Să zicem că aleg să-l fac din țeavă (pătrată sau rotundă) de 50cm lungime. După presare, la ce dimensiune o să rămână brichetul? Se presează până la 25cm? Se presează până la jumătatea formei?

Reallywhat is the point of the tube in the center ?? The logs and bricks i buy have no holes. I did try some with the holes last year and found they burned faster.
It can and without, but it dries harder ...
It helps it dry quicker and helps with the burn apparently

Eu nu sunt genul tehnic, dar mi-ar prinde bine o presa din asta la bunici , crezi ca ma poti ajuta cu constructia uneia?
Din pacate nu am timp sa fac pentru vanzare, detalii cu masurile le gasesti in comentarii, doar sa gasesti un lacatus sau un sudor si te poate ajuta. Mult noroc!

i was thinking about making a mold similar to yours that would set on my hydraulic log splitter and press the chips with the splitter 11 tons, what do you think?
Pressing only the chips into a briquette will be hard, but you could add some wet paper to make it bond

You can use them in the mixing material.. i use those and they work nicely.
Foarte bine gandita, am incercat si eu ceva de genul dar nu ramane asa cum ar trebui, la nine se desfac foarte usor. Trebuie pus ceva solutie sa intareasca sau cum?
Te referi la compozitie? 1hartie +3 rumegus ,sau 1hartie +2 tocatura crengi (inmuiate in prealabil).

Doar hirtia trebuie inmuiata aprox o zi.
In apa nu pun nimic , hirtia este liantul de legatura in cazul nostru, care trebuie inmuiata si mixata bine,(vezi mai jos cam ce masuri folosesc). R pentru Dacian.

Cand am facut presa nu am gasit pe internet nici-un model de presa cu un singur punct de sprijin, majoritatea erau cu doua puncte de sprijin. Am incercat si mi-a iesit! E foarte practica; poate fi si reglabila, are foarte multe intrebuintari. Dispozitivul de brichetat este gandit de mine ,am vrut foarte mult sa le pot indeparta usor din dispozitiv.Multumesc pentru apreciere.Toate bune|

The binding agent is the paper, without the paper the brick does not stay togheter.

the water is mostly to soak the paper so it act like GLUE becouse when the paper start to dry out of the log, everything will stick toghether.
not like steel, but it will hold it toghether so the dry log can be manhandled a little without faling apart, and it also act more than a normal log in the fireplace.

3:20 you started process and only at 6:08 cycle is repeating. I'm afraid that's not fast for one briquette making. Almost 3 min per 1 briquette. Add time that you spend for preparing a mixture and that means around 140 briquettes per day? I make 4 pcs at one cycle and I get about 240 pcs per day. It is still slow but acceptable time consuming process.
Definitely not a business, but you can get rid of yard waste...
Oh boy, you‘re right! But try to do it, it makes a lot of fun! I make it, too! Doing my first job for one day, i can buy pallets of briquettes! But making briquettes is a very satisfying job!

Felicitări pt presa... Sunt curios, ce randament dau brichetele tale în comparație cu lemnul...
In comparatie cu lemnul ,brichetele sunt inferioare datorita faptului ca sunt facute din tot felul de deseuri. Presa in sine, poate avea insa foarte multe intrebuintari ex; presa legume-fructe, indoire metale, etc...

Tabla este de 3 mm ."Conturul" din acel patrat (intaritura) nu da voie ca tabla sa se indoaie.

Why are you putting such a large piece of PVC piping in the middle? You're waisting so much, in so many ways.
I guess there's only two explanations, which are; 1) drying out faster and 2) burning smoother.
Burning smoother, would cause the log to burn dead 100× faster, having a tunnel for air flow (rapid and giant air flow).
If you're using it to dry out faster, I'd definitely be using something a LOT smaller (width of a pencil), in multiple places throughout the log. It'll keep 70% (guessing the number) of a "density to burn" rate, of the one you're using.
You have an absolute "giant" wind tunnel that's sucking "oxygen" through the center of your log at a very high rate of speed and fire LOVES oxygen.
Just an observation.
I've experimented with all the ways of making them.
I live in Florida, when I make them, they dry out very fast, so I don't have to worry about any of the above, but I will say, is if you put a thin coat of wax, layering it through the log, it'll burn for ages. If you stick with that size of PVC for the hole, the wax will definitely help out tremendously.
@@bigeast4195 He takes the pipe out you may have noticed? The space left behind allows air to get to the center of the brick, so as to burn faster / develope more heat.
Without the center hole, the brick would smolder for much longer without as much heat from the brick.

What a waste of money. I admire that guy for making his own setup but he got 6 logs. I could go out with a handsaw and cut a long log in sections and split it with a lot less time and effort. Take your sawdust and mix it in with shredded newspaper. Go make a nice square and fill it in. Throw in a half a banana and you will see a ton of worms.
you are somewhat missing the point....i for example have many sacks of sawdust and as such this is free heat, plus those of us who live in the city cannot just go out and cut a few random trees. finally I think he was going to make more than 6 logs....
