    Dear friends, this video is quite special to me, because over the years I have felt low and blue like this many-a-time... Sometimes I get right back up, other times it takes several weeks.     "Don't try to force yourself to do the more productive stuff." - This is something I've (Rach) battled with quite a bit this past year. Understanding when I'm actually feeling down vs just feeling lazy (& choosing to embrace it) has been a big learning curve for me. 😅 I really enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing your thoughts and sparking a moment of self-reflection! 💛

    I think is really magical how you open yourself and share with us your thoughts about your life.
    All your advices help me a lot, and make me feel that I am not the only one who has this kind of problems, and that we can overcome them little by little.

    I'm so glad you got over your blues, yeah sometimes we don't want to do nothing else but chill, yes read a book, watch a movie or better yet a historical documentary, and the food you showed, yes such beautiful and colorful food, always goes to make you feel better! And after you share these PRICELESS Tips with us, LOL...you give us a good DOSE OF LAUGHTER, hehehehe....your beau hugged you at first and perked a listening ear for you and then he burst out laughin', which in my case is always contagious!!! Hope you guys have a great weekend my dear Maya! :D

      Aww thank you so much Joe!! Yes that Gyro Shawarma was SOOO good, drool-worthy honestly haha! If I could make you laugh with that ending, that just makes me incredibly happy hehe :) I also can't help but laugh when I see others laughing their asses off haha.     Thanks for Sharing this Maya! I breaks my heart to see anyone suffering with depression as I have all of my life. One thing that helps me is SAM-E, I like the nature made brand! Exercise helps a lot, think endorphins, I love getting out into the woods and exploring, and like you I love the beautiful songs of the birds! Doing things for others is a great idea! I like to give to others who are less fortunate, because I grew up poor and know what it can be like to struggle with basic needs. This helps me just knowing that I can ease their burden a bit. I hope the SAM-e helps if you decide to try it!

      Dear Robert :) Thank you for sharing a bit of your story, I think for sure that things that are seen as "dark" or "negative" to go through, or that make us suffer, shape us as a human being... and as you said, once we struggle, we know what that's like. I'm so glad you also love going into nature! I've never heard of SAM-e, I'll look into it for sure :) Sending hugs!

    LOTS OF LOVE - je me sens comme ça aussi, on and off. J'ai souvent l'impression que c'est à cause de l'empathie que je ressens envers les autres, et la planète. Les problèmes des autres m'affectent et me stress, et j'ai parfois de la difficulté à pas les prendre sur mes épaules! To feel better, j'essaie de me concentrer sur ce que je peux faire, personnellement, et de faire chaque jour quelque chose qui peut être utile vers la résolution de ces problèmes - être végane pour les animaux et la planète, ramasser des déchets, lire pour m'éduquer sur des problèmes sociaux... Ça revient un peu à ton point 2 - take care of others :). Merci pour le partage, se sentir entourés de personnes qui ont une influence positive m'aide également à passer à travers mes blues!

      Ma belle Sabrina, merci beaucoup de partager tes pensées :) Je te comprends telllllement, l'empathie qu'on a naturellement nous force carrément à ressentir ce que d'autres ressentent, et des fois je vire folle à y penser, à tous les problèmes qu'il y a dans le monde, déjà quand il y en a des mineurs dans ma propre vie, alors les problèmes des autres et de l'environnement, c'est toute une autre histoire! Merci beaucoup pour ce génial commentaire!! :)

      Yessss I totally agree!!! It affects our mood tremendously. It has an undeniable impact on hormonal production! And all these vitamins as well, soooo essential to feel our best :) Thank you MJade!

    I still believe not eating meat makes you feel blue. I was there :) But good tryinng girl! Hope you feel better and realize soon. :)

      No need for eating animals, I can assure you that I'm fine ;-) I think everyone can have these lower moments, just as much as we have higher times. You can look into books and studies, scientific evidence that eating animal products are linked to a higher level of anxiety and depression in people, whereas it is the total opposite for people who eat a plant-based diet.
