Do we have to sign only the origical copy and take print or sign all copies manually.
Also if we dont have passport and are providing Birth certifcate , do we check passport section on checklist or it will remained unchecked ?
You can print one sign on it then make 3 more copies or just print 4 copies and then sign on all. You can use birth certificate to confirm your nationality, then you don't have to check passport section.

It's helping me a lot .I want to know one thing, if it's possible can you tell how many semesters are needed for Doctoral program in South Korea? As I know ,in master's program they have four semester . I searched in the websites of some universities but I couldn't any information on that.
3 years equals 6 semesters. Every year has 2 semesters. Gks requires you to finish PhD under the normal 3 years= 6 semesters

Hello Dr. For the other 3 copies of documents on the institution receiving the application do we keep the name of the embassy or change to the name of each universities? Original Korean Embassy, copies universities?

Hello, I had a question !!! I am applying from Embassy Track. And we have to make 4 sets(1 original and 3 copies) so I wanted to ask you, I can get signature on the back side of only one envelope ( sealed, original one) and can I submit three copies, if those envelopes do not have signature on the back side( means no sealed)?
Follow the rules. I didn't make those rules for you to ask me if it's ok. The rules says recommender must include their name, date and signature. Enclosed in an envelope and sealed. You are not even supposed to see this document. Except you are told to do in exceptional cases like if you are applying through email if the receiving institution says so.
I am applying for gks university track whose deadline is 12th April 2024 and my apostille documents have not come yet hence I was thinking to send the application package by tomorrow and when the appostille documents will come I will post it as soon as possible will it be acceptable
It should get there before the deadline. Deadline is very important which is why people start preparing gks long before it is announced because of delay for documents to come out from apostillation offices.

But the faculty and departments there are all related to computer software

Where did you get the information from that all the programs are science oriented? I think I gave you a playlist on gks scholarship dis you watch all the videos? Let's say you can't watch did you at least read all the different documents related to this scholarship?
If you need help because you don't have enough information about the scholarship, you should probably request a one on one consultation which isn't going to be free of course and it will cost you too much, which is why I said you should watch the videos. With gks you can apply even for arts majors what's important is how you can show your motivations for your major.

For department, I only want to apply for animation in all the universities, is it allowed?... I see how you applied to different departments and other majors here... It's quite confusing to me.

That's a question for the embassy to answer not me unfortunately.

Yes you can but it must be official not student copy
Hi Daddy Cliff, for Section 9: "Previously Received Scholarship from Korean Government or Institutions (if any)" Is it asking for scholarships only from any Korean government, and Korean institutions, or can I also put scholarships I received from other non-korean institutions?
They want to know if you've ever received any Korean government scholarship or any Korean institution scholarship because there are institutions or organizations offering scholarship. This is to help them make sure they don't offer another scholarship to someone who had once been in Korea for maybe a master and wants to apply for another masters. That's why the next question that follows is previous visit to Korea. The guideline says if you had once benefited from a government scholarship it could be bases for rejection. Simply put if your previous scholarship wasn't from a Korean institution you are free to apply.

Love this video, I have a question the TRANSLATION of optional documents like awards certificates do I need to notarized, I mean do I need to notarized the translation of award certificates? Since mine are in spanish. I know the copies no need to, but how I prove the translation, just add it on?
Simply use a certified translator.

I have an official acceptance letter from a Korean Professor for GKS. Please guide me on how to utilize it!
Well, I know Korean professors don't give acceptance letter. Except they just replied to your email saying they are going to accept you for gks. In that case all you need do is apply to the university and make sure you respect the deadline through university track. When the school receives it, let him know and he will be the one to handle your application file.

Asking how to get recommendation letter form on a video that clearly shows how and where to get the form shows lack of seriousness in you. Wait I'll type and explain it to you soon through email. Lol
If your transcripts doesn't explain the grading system you must get a document explaining the grades or you can convert it online and then get an approval from your school and submit. There's a video on my channel on how to convert your grades.

Hello, Daddy Cliff!! I have a doubt! I'm applying via embassy and my professor sent the letter of recommendation in 4 separate signed envelopes, so that I could put them individually in each embassy envelope (1 original + 3 photocopies). Is there any problem?

You go to the embassy and submit or you post it to the embassy address.
Thank you for this germane information my Dr. I am applying through the University track and I chosed Chonnam National University. I had gathered all the relevant documents but my MSc results would be ready by 20th of this month due to some changes in the Postgraduate school and I don't know how many days it would take DHL to deliver the parcel from Nigeria to Gwanju because of April 1st deadline.

You need to prove that you have graduated or are about to graduate, only a transcript isn't enough.

How much are the chances in University Track, I qualified the university round and now on to the NIIED. I applied in RGKS Kongju National Uni
Your chances are only good when you know the number of students who applied to your intended university to be low. Now that we do not know, there's no need to speculate other than just be hopeful that it turns out well in your favor.

How does niied select students like on which basis? If someone passed the university interview then how many chances are there to be selected by niied?
You wait and pray it's a scholarship we don't speculate on how individuals make decisions. I understand your situation but just keep a positive mindset and hope for the best. If it comes out otherwise move on to something else that's not the end of life.

Family, given, middle or

Get a document from your school indicating your graduation date.

Graduation date is what they say they want to know if you will graduate before studies start. Easy to understand right?

Yes name of receiving institution should be the Korean embassy in your home country in all the forms.

Did you watch this video? I think I did say on this video that every university has their deadline and so does every embassy. I also said what to do to know your deadline.

The proposed deadline for the school I'm choosing is 8th of April... but they stated again its subject to change after NIIED release guideline, and they haven't uploaded anything after d guideline was released
Contact the school that's why the application guideline document has embassy and the document on universities has their contact number. I can't tell you what I'm not sure of. And I can't call to find out for you when I don't have enough information about you. You need to send the emails or call to find out. You better hurry up because time goes by really fast.

Tell your recommender to write your letter seal it in a way that you can't open to read and then sign on the cover. I think I have a video showing that under this video

No and yes. You need to ask the university where you will be studying at through email. Some people might not submit in their university before and even after.

You wait until it is announced in September. But from July-august you should start getting your documents that needs to be authenticated done at the various offices so you can submit it soon enough when applications will open in early September.

I think there are offices helping students in India. You should probably find a UA-cam channel of an Indian student, the might have an idea. For other countries it's education ministry, foreign ministry and Korean embassy.

It depends. Sections like names and places are ok in caps but not essays.
