You can print one sign on it then make 3 more copies or just print 4 copies and then sign on all. You can use birth certificate to confirm your nationality, then you don't have to check passport section.

Well, I know Korean professors don't give acceptance letter. Except they just replied to your email saying they are going to accept you for gks. In that case all you need do is apply to the university and make sure you respect the deadline through university track. When the school receives it, let him know and he will be the one to handle your application file.

I am applying for gks university track whose deadline is 12th April 2024 and my apostille documents have not come yet hence I was thinking to send the application package by tomorrow and when the appostille documents will come I will post it as soon as possible will it be acceptable
It should get there before the deadline. Deadline is very important which is why people start preparing gks long before it is announced because of delay for documents to come out from apostillation offices.

Follow the rules. I didn't make those rules for you to ask me if it's ok. The rules says recommender must include their name, date and signature. Enclosed in an envelope and sealed. You are not even supposed to see this document. Except you are told to do in exceptional cases like if you are applying through email if the receiving institution says so.

If your transcripts doesn't explain the grading system you must get a document explaining the grades or you can convert it online and then get an approval from your school and submit. There's a video on my channel on how to convert your grades.
Your chances are only good when you know the number of students who applied to your intended university to be low. Now that we do not know, there's no need to speculate other than just be hopeful that it turns out well in your favor.

They want to know if you've ever received any Korean government scholarship or any Korean institution scholarship because there are institutions or organizations offering scholarship. This is to help them make sure they don't offer another scholarship to someone who had once been in Korea for maybe a master and wants to apply for another masters. That's why the next question that follows is previous visit to Korea. The guideline says if you had once benefited from a government scholarship it could be bases for rejection. Simply put if your previous scholarship wasn't from a Korean institution you are free to apply.

With gks you can apply even for arts majors what's important is how you can show your motivations for your major.

I think there are offices helping students in India. You should probably find a UA-cam channel of an Indian student, the might have an idea. For other countries it's education ministry, foreign ministry and Korean embassy.

3 years equals 6 semesters. Every year has 2 semesters. Gks requires you to finish PhD under the normal 3 years= 6 semesters

Tell your recommender to write your letter seal it in a way that you can't open to read and then sign on the cover. I think I have a video showing that under this video

No and yes. You need to ask the university where you will be studying at through email. Some people might not submit in their university before and even after.

You wait until it is announced in September. But from July-august you should start getting your documents that needs to be authenticated done at the various offices so you can submit it soon enough when applications will open in early September.

I think there are offices helping students in India. You should probably find a UA-cam channel of an Indian student, the might have an idea. For other countries it's education ministry, foreign ministry and Korean embassy.

The proposed deadline for the school I'm choosing is 8th of April... but they stated again its subject to change after NIIED release guideline, and they haven't uploaded anything after d guideline was released
Contact the school that's why the application guideline document has embassy and the document on universities has their contact number. I can't tell you what I'm not sure of. And I can't call to find out for you when I don't have enough information about you. You need to send the emails or call to find out. You better hurry up because time goes by really fast.

It depends. Sections like names and places are ok in caps but not essays.
