True dmg is considered skill dmg, that's why karrie fighter emblem is a thing, so it's not just wanwan, any True dmg dealing hero will benefit from this.

I wanted to learn Yss (and i did i fee matches with a trial card) but the difficulty curve with him is ridiculous, you can simply have a tank or jungle aggressively invade him and he can't do anything. I'm speaking this from experience and it was an automatic surrender.
I played 1 yss game this month...

I quit using wanwan cuz of the recent nerfs she can't even pass through the walls in base, she just wasn't what she used to be, and even with this buff idk if it's gonna make her a good hero to use can any wanwan users tell me if it's a great buff or nah?
It is indeed a good buff but not greater one... Definitely cannot replace old wanwan as they simplified her in exchange for her to lose overall sustainability. I really hope they bring back 4 weakness and revert her to old wanwan. Moonton need to understand that each hero has their own level of difficulty and mastering hero with each difficulty is based on player's style and preference. Cannot simply make all heroes easy to use just to make normal level player use those difficult heroes. Its their uniqueness and it should stay as it is. Just bring back old 2021 wanwan with 4 weakness or even 5 weakness. Wanwan main hete since 2020 🤧
I can agree with this sentiment difficult heroes being rewarded for their mastery should remain in the game. I'm not extremely gifted with heroes like fanny or ling but I can still play gusion bene Haya do a good degree. Wanwan was one of the harder marksman to learn along with claude from them being so weak in early but it took in game skill (not just hero profiency) to play them effectively. I hate the changes they did to kagura when they revamped her (more so the VA change) and made her more user friendly for everyone. She was more fun and fearsome before then. I hate one people that pick heroes like Saber Eudora any 1 shot type of hero. Cause it's a boring character archetype that doesn't reward skill. If I get out played by a ling fanny gus Yz something that actually takes hero knowledge to work. I don't feel as bad.

1. Now that Dominance Ice has been nerfed, and Wanwan getting an attack speed buff (+Range Buff with Malefic Gun), she’ll be back in the ban list. Remember, she can trigger Malefic Gun with just her passive marks.
2. Lord having penetration is a step to the right direction in countering lord dances, but not enough.
3. Yi-Sun Shin is rarely picked, and this nerf will make him less picked even more.
4. The movement buff from the river will make gold lane ganks more potent.

YSS Nerf was really unnecessary tbh but Elgin also said it is experimental so let's hope moonton doesn't do anything stupid

"Lord Dance" is basically an informal term referring to extending a fight at the lord especially at late game to contest lord as well as pick off enemies and potentially end the match. @@obviouslyme1293

It's so obvious what Yi Sun-shin is missing, but it seems like moonton doesn't care. First, what he lacks most is movement speed, to execute the passive perfectly, perhaps increase the movement speed he gains when landing blows with the passive to 25%, followed by a buff that would give perhaps 25% resistance. slowness, because it is one of the hero's biggest problems, since the changes to War Axe, and they increase this problem by increasing the cooldown of the first skill.
Second, with Yi Sun-shin as the main hero, I can say: his endgame has not been absolute for a long time, he needs both a buff in the early game and in the late game, so increase 10% damage in the early game and more 10% in the late game would make a good difference. The second attack of his passive deals extremely low damage, how will he fulfill the role of assassin if he doesn't have enough damage to fight an ADC in the late game? The time he wastes giving two passive attacks with extremely low damage is the time he is deleted by a Moscov who can deal 6 hits in the same amount of time and with the same amount of damage or even more damage. Montoon pls fix and standardize the slow effect. 50% slow seems like not moving, does montoon have a standard for distant moving? how can 50% slow become almost moving on the same spot? That is call stun or petrified. Anyone feel the same?
That Wishing Lantern is so weird. You'll need a huge amount of damage to trigger its effect. But by the time you trigger it, the enemy's HP is already low -and its damage scales with target's *current* HP. They don't synergize well 🤷🏻♀️.

Yss is also technically not an assassin although the classify him like that because he doesn't have any burst damage on his skills and his ult deals almost no damage unless enemy are foolish enough to stand in one spot. Only good thing about his skills is the vision he provides from his ult.
