Suriage while going to the left

Surigae against kote.

Strike the men.
Don't separate the suriage from the men strike.
To do this, put your right foot out
when doing the suriage.
Using the sinogi while slightly
squeezing your hands inward.
This is kote suiage men.
Suriage while putting your right foot out.
Strike inviting your opponent for kote.
Next, the opponent comes for kote,
But now we return it. (kaeshi)
Please attack kote.
This time, I will flip the hand
while slightly lowering the shinai and strike.
With surigiage extend the arms forward.
With kaeshi, slightly lower the shinai.
This is kote kaeshi men.

Lets do kote suriage kote.
while moving your hand to your left.
This is the same as Kendo kata.
It's the 6th kendo kata.
While moving to the left,
suriage and strike.
While dodging to to left,
perform the suriage.
Next is kote nuki men.
The opponent comes for kote.
Generally it is taught to
retreat first and then strike.
Since this will be too slow,
Only retreat your right foot.
And strike men.
How to use your upper body is...
Evade the strike while swinging up
with a correct suburi movement.
If you try to evade this way,
your kote will be struck.
And for the feet.
Only pull back the right foot.
It will take some time if you pull back with both feet,
so it is not very effective in actual matches.
So try to do kote nuki men
while pulling the right foot in.
Next is kote nuki kote.
This is surprisingly effective
in actual matches.
It's the same as the second Kendo kata,
Evading from the left foot.
Please strike a proper kote now.
Lower the tip of the shinai while evading.
Lower the sword tip while pulling back.
You can change to men if it misses.
If it does not become an ippon,
change it to a men strike.

いくつか紹介したいと思います
小手に対して擦り上げながらの
面を打つんですね
擦り上げと面打ちが別れないですね
そのためにはもう擦り上げる時に右足を出す
わずかに手を
内側へ絞りながらしのぎを使って
小手擦り上げ面です
右足を出しながら擦り上げる
相手を小手へ誘っていくといいですね
次は相手が小手に来ますから今度は返す
相手が、小手来てください
今度は竹刀をわずか下げながら
手を返して打ちますね
擦り上げはだしながら
返しは竹刀を下げながら
小手返目ですね
次は今度は小手に対して
小手擦り上げ小手行きましょうか
小手を擦り上げますね
小手を左へ
これ剣道形と同じです
相手が
剣道形の6本目にありますね
左へ出ながら擦り上げて打ちます
体をさばきながら
擦り上げないといけない
次に今度は小手抜き面行きますね
相手が小手に来ます
般的には下がって打ちますね
下がって抜きますが
これだと間に合いませんので
右足だけを 下げながら面を打ちます
腕の、上身使い方は
正しい素振りをするようにして抜いて打ちます
これはこういうふうに開いたら小手を打たれますので
そして足は
右足だけを引き付ける
左足右足でこう行きますとちょっと時間かかりますので
実戦ではあまり通用しません
右足を引き付けながら
これで小手抜き面を打ちますね
次は小手抜き小手
相手が小手を打って来ます
これは意外とですね
実戦でも通用します
剣道形の2本目と同じですね
左足からさばきながら
ちゃんと小手を打ってきてください
抜きながら剣先を下げる
抜きながら剣先を下げて小手
当たらない場合は面へ変更する
一本にならない場合は面へ変化する

小手ってさ、超接近戦だから、卓球のトップレベルクラスの反応速度が無いと無理だと思うよ（笑）
そもそも来たと思ってからじゃ打てないよ

うちが早い人だと予測しないとだめですよねw
