Been watching your videos for a year now, or is it two? I can't remember.. but what I do remember is how much I enjoy them immensely. Thanks so much for the uploads. House was an instant favorite of mine in the beginning, but I actually stopped watching because I realized the chance of House ever redeeming himself was next to nothing. I wish they had taken his character in another direction. Keep the sarcasm and wit, but give the man a heart. After killing Wilson's fiancé I thought he might go down that road... but nope. Even in the end when he took off with Wilson it was more about House than Wilson.

"more about House than Wilson".. House literally threw away his entire life to make sure Wilson is happy is his last five months. House only had one thing in his life which distracted him from the pain.. his medical puzzles and he threw away his career for the only real relationship he had with his best friend, House definitely had a heart. Practical people don't have psychotic breaks only those who feel deeply then bottle up their feelings tend to have them bursting out at a certain point.

@@vaish7504 I'm glad you wrote that... because I didn't realize he threw away his practice for Wilson. I thought he did that when he drove his car into Cutty's house. I didn't watch that season, but some scenes I saw on youtube... so I wasn't familiar with that. So do you believe that his character grew at all? I had thought he was on the run from the cops, or faked his own death, then caught up with Wilson. Almost seemed to me, under that assumption, that House's life was ending along with Wilson.

The thing about Masters and why House held a special thing for her is that, he knew, that she can be as good as him, Masters are what? 20 years younger than House? I kinda faintly remember in the show she was finishing university or something, meaning that given another 20 years, she can be just as good as House but with morals with much more strict "rules" which is why House always try to break those "rules" of hers down, he wanted her to realize her potential through it
But, when she left, both her and House realized that is not the path she can choose, it's not the path for her to be that brilliant and not as good a person, she picked morality rather than brilliance and, the scene where she finally left both House and Her had a smile on the face, they both know that choice of her was the right one

You don't have to present the options quite the way Masters did and you can still be ethical. I guess they were trying to set up as Masters being intelligent in one way but stupid in another. Also it is a way of making House being unethical as being right. Believe it or not you can be intelligent, ethical, and present a patient with good care all at the same time. This is why I never could sit through House. I couldn't see a doctor committing crimes including assault and getting away with it and cheer for him.
