I’m so glad that I get to share this tutorial with you all, it definitely wasn’t easy to do. I switched it up a bit and did some acrylic nails, and the Neon glow nai art complemented the set. What brand is the milky white? Im having a hard time trying to determine a good milky white.
The one I use is any a local brand called Maskscara, you can also check on Amazon, the Rajsm brand has some good milky whites 💖🙂
